Fantastic five star service today from Bethany, she went above and beyond to help me this morning. Not only did she help me get the correct brake pads sorted. She also helped me find a vw specialist to diagnose my epc light, and provided various prices for possible parts. Cannot thank her enough! I went from quite anxious to very reassured after speaking to her.

Actually shocked how good the customer service was today! Ordered some parts online & needed them asap, went into Branch & saw the amazing Bethany, she checked in her office to see where they were, to find they were in their warehouse down the road. To save me waiting she drove her own car down there!! Picked them up and bought them back to me at the Euros Branch, Bethany! Your are unbelievable! Credit to your company!
