The Nine Arches - JD Wetherspoon

A top class Spoons and I didn’t even see the outdoor seating! The staff are so friendly, service is prompt and the beer is 👌🏼.

When I was there it was very busy and crowded. Had to wait several minutes after walking around. At that time there were smokers outside and we didn't want to set out. Food was quick and value for money as usual for Weatherspoons. There was free parking not too far away.

The only Wetherspoon where you'll get steak done to your liking. The service is fast and staff are great. Nice, small beer garden full of lovely flowers.

Modern and spacious, the nine arches has plenty of inside and outside dining. Love coming here for breakfast. Always hot and tasty and great service. Nice and clean and toilets well looked after.

Today was the 3rd time me and my family have visited the nine arches and wow the service was again outstanding, they couldnt do enough for us. the food took about 10 minutes from order to table.. they made sure we where happy with our food. The only issue we had was we ordered garlic bread with cheese and it came out without the cheese but because the staff was so attentive it was changed to a fresh garlic bread within minutes and an apology was given but we had no issue with what happened because it was rectified in minutes.. The manager running was absolutely lovely and the food was as always beautiful.

Really enjoyed the food . We ordered loads the portions were great we had to take some back to hotel. We preferred this food than out 5* hotel .

Yes, this is a Spoons and not an expensive restaurant, so don't expect the bells and whistles. However, for this price point, I've been unable to beat it, and the food quality and quantity is good.
Nice surroundings with historic information. Food is great and extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

As a regular visitor since lockdown, I've yet to find one member of the staff who hasn't gone out of their way to assure we had excellent experience at each and every visit.
My one and only complaint, please bring the large steak and kidney puddings back.

Always good for a curry. Nice atmosphere and much cleaner than it used to be.

I'm probably biased on this Wetherspoons as it's in my home town, location is right in centre of town in a converted pet shop and previous chapel. Layout works well in a small area, staff very helpful and food is excellent value as always.

Love Wetherspoons !! It never disappoints! Food are tasty and fresh! I visited this one today for a late lunch and as usual I ordered a vegetarian option and it was absolutely marvellous 🤩 , fried halloumi 🤤🤤🤤 recommended 100% , my table was a bit dirty but they were visit too so I think staff just forgot to wipe it up but it’s ok I didn’t mind :)

Place is always clean and the food and drink are nice. Fridays can be very busy for the lunch time.

Chips were a bit cold but they were very apologetic and sorted it immediately. It's how they handled it that makes great customer service more than usual..A*

A good Wetherspoon Pub, used the app and the service was almost instantaneous. Staff were friendly and the food and beer were excellent.

Nice staff good food between 2+ 5 pm even cheaper whats not to love 😀

Huge wetherspoons and spotlessly clean with ample seating fantastic staff,great atmosphere and the food was very good.Does get very busy.

Always love our drop ins to 9 Arches. Wide mixture of clientele. Staff are extremely pleasant, food is ready fast. There is nothing to dislike

All the staff friendly and helpful clean and smartly dressed. They go the extra mile for you. Great food a nice place to have breakfast especially Alice and Chloe .
