I just want to comment on the impeccable service I received today from the lady with red hair and glasses that worked on the self service on 11/02/24. She went above and beyond with the customer service she gave. As I arrived, she guided me to a till and communicated that if I needed any assistance, to let her know. As someone who regularly shops by myself, this was super kind. Each customer, she greeted with a smile on her face. Her kindess and integrity made my day! 🥰

Good shop to get your weekly shop from with good deals to boot.

Great shop. Always has what I need and a lot of stuff I don't need but finish up buying. Well, at such great prices who can blame me. Great staff, polite and friendly. Recommended.

My favourite aldi in Ashton, easy to find everything. One of the products I wanted wasn't available so I asked a member of staff and he went in to the back to check and returned with what I needed. Saved me a trip elsewhere. The staff on the tills are amazing friendly, happy I don't feel rushed, I like the for heavier items like bottles of pop you can add 1 on the conveyor and they count the rest in the trolley which just makes life do much easier. When a queue starts to form they always open another till quickly. Amazing job to the staff well done 👏

Great store, great prices, close to many other stores makes this a very good store to visit with plenty of parking space.

Its a very busy store so sometimes csn be overwhelming if your adjusting during this terrible pandemic.

The staff are helpful and always try their best to help out.

The meat products are very good especially. Aberdeen Angus beef joints .minced steak. Fruit products are always fresh and of a very good standard also Rindles Back Bacon. Some great bargains on sale for the children I really don't go anywhere else for my weekly shop x

Great place to shopping. Be honest not many staff in like Wigan Newtown branch also nice and easy shopping workers are very helpful. Parking is little bit tricky but no need extra driving skills for parking.

Shop at your Store a couple of times this week and found the customer care and friendly excellent..I shopped quite late on in this evening and encountered every member of staff to be friendly, kind and helpful..even tho I had a mountain full of shopping as I had been working late that night, I didn't find that I was an inconvenience due to the amount I put on the conveince belt, I was was dealt with patience and kindness, so to all your staff you should be proud of your team in these busy periods xx

who in there right mind thought to create a store with so many deals. The cheaper knock offs are better than the original (jives&others). A staple of the British Community. 11/10

Love Aldi, customer service is excellent, food choices amazing, all the family can have exactly what they want. Shop is clean and tidy I visit nearly everyday.
