Easy to find items. Good selection fir a small shop. Helpful staff. Good parking for disabled.

I live locally and do all my shopping at my local Sainsbury's in Culcheth. I was very disappointed when I went last week to find it is now self service check outs and I had a full trolley and did not have reading glasses with me plus I was not feeling well. I mentioned this to a member of staff, Katherine, who is always helpful and friendly and she quickly identified another member of staff Dawn who put all my items through for me. I went again today and Gill was very happy to assist me. I am still displeased with being forced to use the self check outs but just want to say the staff are extremely helpful and happy to help those of us who have difficulty. Thank you !

As a smaller Sainsbury's I now find this much more "manageable," to walk round.
Just a few of my items/sizes of choice not stocked, but that's fine overall.
Staff very helpful, as always.

Nice friendly Staff

Not a bad store better than most but theres to many locals stuck up there own arses and expect to be waited on lazy sods then moan about parking on Facebook ..... simple walk get a bus or get a taxi..... Big thanks to Horizon for listening to my request and installing the Cameras it's been a great help 👍

Well stocked and pleasant staff had plenty of veg unlike M&S on gemini park which was appalling.

Excellent customer service. Special thanks to John who went above & beyond his duty to ensure we received an Argos delivery on time as he knew it was a birthday present for our son. Thank you John, much appreciated. We will return and use this store in the future

Not my usual supermarket as usually a lot more expensive than my regular place but it was quite surprising that there wasn't much difference

This store is a very good example of how to run a supermarket in lockdown. I had been using asda until recently however felt they did not assist people in sticking to social distancing.

Collecting camping equipment from Argos. Member of staff who served me was v courteous, genuinely interested in my upcoming camping holiday & sharing details about her recent exoeriences in Devon. Sorry, didnt make a note of her name!

A good range of products for a small store the car park is a little bit tight and the entrance and exit aren't completely clear. It can get busy at lunchtime with all the people from nearby offices.

Brilliant local Sainsbury's. Staff always friendly and very good at reminding customers to sanitise on entry. Also getting more vegetarian options which is great if trying to reduce your meat consumption

Love nipping in here on my way home from work. Loads of deals on and I always end up picking up a bottle if Prosecco.....🥂😁

Only popped in for a coke was very nice cheer
