Went for a new washing machine and I was sorted very quickly by the help of an assistant.

Bradley was great with his service. Very knowledgeable member of staff.

Very well set out store ,quite large inside. My only criticism is the lack of stock on certain items.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the manager is a good chap.

The best curry’s ever. Friendly team. Particularly Shell , she’s such a diamond and must be treasured and protected at all costs. The manager (tall slim one) is also one of my favourite staff ever. Wouldn’t ever order online when I can pop in the store and get such a great service.

I have been without a DVD player for many months and thought what the hell it's time to replace. It was priced at 24.99 and after help from an employee even though I thought I didn't want or need it! I purchased said item and at the checkout it was only 19.99? Happy chappy for a week now as I can play DVDs and CDs that I have been unable to do so so for a long time. If I die tomorrow I die happy. Thank you

Took a laptop back to be mended they are very helpful and always pleasant

Superb customer service, staff are polite and helpful. I returned an item that had stopped working during the recent lockdown, literally took less than five minutes to process the return and get my replacement. Always happy to shop here.

I dropped a laptop off for repair last week and today I went to collect it. Had been sent a link so I could track where my item was in the repair cycle and have had great communication throughout the whole experience. Staff in store were helpful, polite and friendly. For any technology and electrical needs, I would recommend Currys Leigh.

Can get some good deals. Always ask for the best price. Know what you want before you go so you won't take what they want to sell 😄

I bought my first ever phone a month ago and I have to say the shop assistants were so Lovely and the team was so accommodating, especially considering I asked a lot of questions. I bought the phone on black Friday and the deal I got was amazing. I loved the whole atmosphere and how easy it was to find things.

The staff at Leigh did everything they could to help me to resolve my problem. The staff at head office [hani] whom I spoke to was less than helpful. Been sold a bundle online that isn't compatible, the in store staff did everything they could think of to refund me, even though the head office staff said it could not be done... careful what you buy online with currys....

Staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I went to get a fridge and tumble dryer and Sandra, one of the team there, was helpful giving us advice, not pushy and very nice. They didn't stock the tumble dryer we wanted and she gave us the model and postcode of a store nearby to go and collect it. Very positive experience, I will definitely go back!

Large shop. Wide isles and good layout. A wide range of products. I bought a Shark True pet hoover. Customer service is good. Lady helped me for 10 minutes at the counter to help me find my order via my phone. Did not seem a problem to her. Very patient with me. Screens in place at checkout due to Covid. The place seems very organised. Someone near the door to welcome you and help find what you are looking for if needed. Parking not a problem as on large retail park. Surrounded by other shops. Home Bargains, KFC, Sports direct among others but to name a few. Wheelchair accessible.
