Ashworth have been amazing with my poorly pug puppy. When every other vet made us feel scared and uninformed, Ashworth took the time to make sure we understood everything and also made sure we knew all our options. They even stayed open late some days to ensure my puppy got the care he needed.

Thanks to the hard work of the vets, nurses and reception team my little guy has beaten his odds and is finally enjoying life as a puppy.

Yes they may be a little bit more expensive but in my opinion it's 100% worth it to feel like I can trust the team I'm leaving my puppy with.

You will not be disappointed in the level of care and love they offer every animal that comes through the door.

Ashworth have been very good with my extremely anxious girl. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming and make a fuss of my fur babies. Could not recommend more. Parking can be an issue but that can’t be helped given the ideal location.

I've been with Ashworth for over 40 years since I was a child with my first pet and I wouldn't use any other vets.

Everyone works together as an amazing team and they're outstanding. Jayne is an incredible vet and I trust her 100% with my cat and I always have. She explains everything very clearly, never rushes and together, we decide on the best treatment/plan. She genuinely cares about Sonar and that shows and matters to me.

The reception team are the best, such a fantastic team of kind and caring ladies. Always helpful, always cheerful despite being very busy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and their customer service is second to none. Becky and Theresa have worked at the Sandhurst branch for a long time and know me and Sonar so well.

Every nurse is wonderful, you will not find a more kind, caring and helpful team. All of the vets are excellent and everything is animal focused but as an 'owner' you are very much included in every decision.

I recently moved and had to stay within travelling distance of Ashworth because when you're with the best you want to stay with the best. Thank you so much to an outstanding team offering outstanding service caring for your furry and human clients!

Katie and her team at Ashworth Vets are always amazing. I’ve taken my pets here during the last 12 years or so, and they’ve all received the best attentive care and kindness. I can’t recommend them enough.

All of staff from receptionists nurses vets are absolutely fantastic.My dog runs into vets despite having some health issues as a small pup health-wise.She gets so much fuss and encouragement.
In an emergency they respond so quickly .I have had 3 dogs and a cat over the years and I have never been anything but satisfied.
Having the ability to spread cost of routine jabs wormers flea stuff really helps too

There's a good Covid routine here. When you arrive at the surgery, you phone and a vet comes outside. Open on a Saturday morning

Very friendly staff and excellent care and treatment for all animals. They've looked after all my animals very well. Would highly recommend.

The most caring vets who gave our dog the utmost care and attention until the end. In a time when good care and excellent service can be sometimes hard to find, you need to look no further than here.

So far so good, I needed 14 tortoises microchiped, it appears that ashworth is the only vets for miles around that has an exotic specialist. I called at 11:00 am and was seen at 2:00pm. I was charged the same amount that other vets wanted to chip 6 tortoises. Now I take my puppy to them . All staff are friendly and professional .

Katie has been looking after our dog Bear for about 18 months. He's a scardy dog but Katie always takes the time to get down to his level and give him some fuss and treats so he's happy to do whatever needs doing. All of the staff are always very welcoming and chatty, iwould definitely recommend

I have a rescue dog with a lot of issues both health and behavioural! Pepsi usually gets to see her favourite vet Katie. Katie always answers all my questions and is so kind and caring. Katie and the others at Ashworth saved little Pepsis life last year after she had been sneakily scavenging on walks and needed emergency surgery to remove a blockage. They are great at dealing with Pepsis behaviours and I trust them completely even though she can be a handful. I am very sad that we are moving out of the area soon and will have to find a new vets 😔 but a massive thank you to everyone at Ashworth for taking extra special care of my girl each time we visit.

We have used this practice for many years. The vets are excellent and the nurses and reception staff also really good, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I want to thank the staff at Sandhurst this morning for the care of my dog Joey who I had to take the hard decision to be put down he was in the best hands, i took him to dignity in the end which again i couldn't ask for better, I'm so heartbroken but everyone involved has made this better for me.

Always very satisfied with the treatment my pets have received .
