Premier Inn Sandhurst hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The vending machine in the hallway was also very convenient. Great value for money for sure!

This is a honest review and I won't leave anything out, I'll tell the truth and nothing else.

Was lovely to stay here for 3 nights I did enjoyed it. Only reason for the 4 Stars on room was the stain on the bottom of the bathroom door and some spots on the show head and dust behind the TV with I made reception aware of. I wasn't a Karen about it just made them aware of it. As for location it's a lovely place to access a pub plus a Aldi and a Tesco's plus marks and Spencer.
Radiator did make some creaking noises but it wasn't much of a hassle as I got a decent sleep, lovely pillows and staff where helpful

Very nice little hotel, staff are very good and friendly. would use again if in the area. Rooms are nice and spacious.

I brought the family here when visiting Lapland uk.
The hotel is small and just off a main road but it’s well placed so quiet and calm.
The staff are very attentive and there is an on-site restaurant also very nice. Free parking. No lift but the staff offered to help with luggage.

A nice hotel, lovely friendly and welcoming staff both on reception ans in the Beefeater Restaurant.

Perfect location for us. Room very comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Lovely room and a comfy bed 🛌

Lovely hotel located just where we needed it to be. Room was set up with three beds, which we did not need but this didn't matter. Glasses in room dirty so didn't use. Staff friendly and restaurant nice. Breakfast was great. Fantastic value.

All in all a descent hotel. Very friendly staff from reception to the bar.
Had a couple of pints - not stupidly priced! and service by a friendly bar lady.
Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.
Loads of parking, even for my car and 20' trailer.
Only downside was the carpets looked a bit grubby in the corridors and stairs but hey, that's being picky.

I stayed at the Premier inn in Sandhurst when I was doing the moon walk in london, the lady At reception I think her name was Michelle was so lovely, she was helpful and very supportive of the cause we were walking for, and on our return from the moonwalk she had left us a few small gifts in our room that were so lovely and made us both cry, she is truly a great asset to your hotel as she cares about the people that stay with you and she goes that extra mile to make them feel special, thank you x

Good simple accommodation. Beefeater restaurant next door not so great though, adequate but not at all special food. Package deal seemed good but the food was not worth more.

Rooms comfortable and good value. The service and freshly cooked to order food at breakfast was outstanding, better than many higher priced hotels.

A really lovely stay, pretty standard premier inn rooms could do with a freshen up but nothing to be disappointed with. Really friendly staff and the best breakfast I've had in any of my stays.

Great place to stay, clean, comfy bed , big room and good shower. We had breakfast and evening meal at the adjacent beefeater pub restaurant.

A quite clean room with a comfortable bed enabling a great nights sleep. Breakfast was a satisfying full English.

This is one of the older Premier Inns but don't be put off by that. The level of cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas is very good. The aircon can be a bit noisy but the windows can be opened. It's the staff that really make this Premier good, always helpful and professional. Breakfast in the attached Beefeater restaurant was well organised, swift and efficient. The toaster worked well (often a problem in other Premiers)

Wonderful Brewers Fayre pub restaurant, with an impressive menu of steak options including a mixed grill to challenge even the hardiest of stomachs. Team of young staff were friendly, although after a certain point in the evening they were more concerned with laying out the tables for breakfast than taking our payment. I would definitely go again for good pub grub.

Very friendly welcome and great service. Immaculate and well appointed room. Adjoining Beefeater restaurant provided excellent service too; dinner and breakfast were great and staff excellent. Plenty of parking and a good easy access location.
