Inchcape Toyota Sandhurst

I recently bought a used car from Toyota. Unfortunately there were some issues regarding the car and due to my busy schedule, I was unable to visit Sandhurst in person. I decided to call them over the phone where the representative Jade Blair kindly helped me solve the issues. I would like to thank her for her kindness and professionalism. She was very happy to help and open with support so that I could easily understand everything.

Hi all I just bought my second Toyota first was a chr and now rav4 bought lovely car, went back to Toyota Sandhurst parts and I spoke to mark and I ask about the side them and mark said That you get get them any more but then he said he wauld search other branches if they have some in stock and he found some up near Manchester but they wauld not post down so mark mentioned to me that he’s going up there on Saturday to get a exhaust for his sons car that was advertised on eBay and bought (exhaust)and the Toyota dealership was another 10 miles away but he wauld collect them if i wauld like I said yes please mark that would be great then spoke him on Monday and booked car in to be fitted for Thursday job done MARK is a fabless guy he out of his way to do that for me Toyota Sandhurst shauld be very proud to have a person like that working for them he’s a super gem and thanks again mark your the best person I’ve ever dealt with your worth your wait in gold thanks again mark

From the initial interaction with the sales team to the collection of the car, the team are extremely friendly and have gone out of their way to please. Kira provided a high level of consistent communication, whilst Jade helped to resolve a misunderstanding. Dom was incredibly friendly and patient.

After being told my monthly payment had not been transferred over to my new car again as it happened with my previous car, when I ordered my new car I mentioned it and again when I picked it up, I was reassured that would be done.

I had to pay as a goodwill gesture £190.00 instead of £230.00. I was lucky I didn’t have to pay more as it might of been difficult to pay.
All I can say is next time I upgrade my monthly payments must be transferred over to the new car!

I had a great service from Kevin and the team. My car had to be kept in for 4 days and I was offered a courtesy car in the meantime which was great. Really appreciate the team's hard work as my car now drives like it's new!

Fabulous first class service from Mark! We were missing 2 locking wheel nuts and the key. He solved our problem with a smile and Jack kindly checked all the other nuts. A great team! Thank you!

The staff are very helpful and nice the work is very good standard We have been going to the garage for several years.

Had an appointment elsewhere to get new tyres fitted but on locating my locking wheel nuts box, I found that the locking key was missing! Called Toyota Sandhurst and they kindly asked me to stop by to see if they could locate a replacement the same day or order a replacement in later that week. Paid the centre a visit and they spent 45 minutes looking for a key that matched as one of their members of staff was convinced they had one spare in the office. Both Brian and Mark managed to locate the perfect match and gave me the key out of good will so that I could make my appointment for later that day and get my very tired tyres replaced! Best customer service I’ve experienced! Very grateful - thank you!

Bought a 3-year old Yaris from Toyota Basingstoke on 19 October, a few issues were discovered immediately or soon after delivery. We went to the nearby dealer - Toyota Sandhurst - for help.

To say the least, Kevin Ranger, Chris Pearson, Brian Johnston in the Service and Parts are very helpful and professional. Simply put, they are just wonderful human beings.

I bought a new car via PCP, Dom was extremely helpful and got me the best deal on my new car. He gave me a wide range of options and ensured that I made an informed decision. Communication was great and the whole transaction was extremely smooth

After an initial poor start when speaking to the receptionist, who was far from helpful and very rude. I eventually spoke to Balazs who was absolutely amazing, you nearly lost a customer, however he definitely saved the day and was so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and when collecting my new car I had the opportunity to meet Keira, who was also a friendly and helpful person. I cannot fault these two, they went above and beyond, would thoroughly recommend Inchcape in Sandhurst, both my husband and I have had really good experiences

Wanted to say Thanks to Mark in the Parts department who went the extra mile to help me track down parts we found in Japan and supply for my Yaris Cross and succeeding where Toyota Uk said they couldn’t help. Well done Mark you are a credit to the Toyota brand.

The service we get from the people here is always first class. I recently had a problem with my daughters Rav 4 and they were able to help immediately.

I returned to Toyota Sandhurst as they had been very helpful in the past, Dominic the salesman couldn’t possibly have been more helpful and came across very sincere and kept me informed throughout the period I was waiting for the car to be delivered. I rated him very highly, and have recommended Toyota Sandhurst.

Our visit to Toyota Sandhurst was excellent, Even before the visit, customer service provided by Dominic (telecon and video) was polite, professional and courteous I would rate the service way beyond excellent, all the staff we met at Sandhurst where excellent.
I would highly recommend Toyota Sandhurst.

I visited Inchcape Toyota Sandhurst on the 06/10/23. Looking for a used Toyota Yaris. Dominic Tormajer was the sales person who took care of us, he was very helpful, friendly and had good product and warranty knowledge. I received excellent post-purchase support from Dominic.

Had my car serviced today. Friendly and professional staff. Took a bit longer but was worth it.

Car was in for a service. The whole experience from drop of to collection was excellent. I was kept in touch throughout and all staff where polite and courteous

I already knew of the car as it was my friends who was trading it in for a new car. The transfer was easy with both Lewis and Dom very helpful. We have previously brought a car through the franchise and will return when we need another car.
