Witness to a very rude interaction between my mum and the man working at the post counter, rude and dismissive from the moment we entered. Not very customer friendly, needless to say, we won't be utilising their services again, both the shop and post office. No matter the situation, behaving in an intimidating and downright disgusting manner is never acceptable. Community? What a joke.
