I emailed PFS asking for correct timing belt kit and water pump for my volvo. The guys come back to me very quickly with a screenshot showing me the correct parts. Based on this, I completed the purchase. The items arrive to me within a few days, well packaged. I have since done the replacement and everything fit exactly as intended - not the mention, the price on genuine Volvo parts was very good! The whole experience was great. I am restoring an -89 model SAAB 9000 Carlsson, one of 18 left in the UK! I have used PFS on a number of occasions and without them the project would be stranded! PFS does what is says on the tin! First rate service! Straight and honest! Helpful and a great partner.

I thought I would review my recent transaction with PFS Parts. I'm helping restore a Volvo 850 abroad and needed a number of suspension parts. There's something to be said about exceptional customer service these days and I must say that my experience with PFS was as good as it gets. They contacted me promptly and we're able to accommodate me with the items I wanted even though it was not a part of the bundle that I ordered. They went the extra mile to order the exact parts I wanted from the supplier in Sweden and they didn't charge me anything for it. The prices are very competitive even considering the international shipping and the inventory is full of hard to find Saab parts. I will definitely be looking forward to future business with PFS. I am yet to find another company that can match the service of PFS. It's a no fuss, no problem company who's staff have your best interests at heart. They have made my international purchases simple and satisfying and when given the option, they are my go to place for quality Saab parts at very reasonable prices. As I order international, good shipping prices are appealing to me. PFS have always had the fairest shipping prices, sometimes by 3-5x less than their competitors.
(Damn I love these guys so much, I almost sound like I work for them....hmm...I wonder if they're hiring?)

I've used PFS on several occasions over the years of owning my Saab 9-5. I ordered some parts that I had kept in the garage to fit later, and after about a month discovered that they were not needed. I've used PFS a number of times and have found their service to be fast, effective and understanding of my needs. 7 days delivery to the other side of the world is beyond expectations.

Needed a left hand indicator LED for my 2017 A180.
Tried one of the cheapo ones from EBay. Didn't work.
Mercedes don't do the led bit separate so you have to buy The complete housing as well.
Saw theses and had nothing to lose.
Fitted perfectly and works great.

Great Service from PFS. I had an unusual mirror - a 2002 Mirror on a 2005 Saab. But I sent them pictures and measurements, and they checked the stock before shipping it to me! The new mirror arrived and is perfect. Thanks PFS.

My experience with PFS Parts has been great. No issues whatsoever. I live in Colorado, USA and ordered a set of wheels (18" turbines that are out of production - Part # ALY68261U20) for my 2007 9-5 Aero. They showed up 5 days later via UPS after adding them to my cart online. Even with the exchange rate I got a great deal and have nothing but good things to say about this outfit. If you need hard to find parts for your Saab, this is the place. Don't let the negative reviews sway you, PFS Parts is indeed a legit online shop and parts distributor.

I have dealt with PFS Parts for ten years for spares for my 940 Volvos, recently needed a very urgent delivery of a bearing, it arrived the day following the order, the service was exemplary, it is so pleasant to deal with a helpful and obliging company. This part was sent without charge to replace a failed bearing, just on my word, a high degree of trust by PFS, rare to find these days.

We've used pfs parts for our Volvo for the last 8 years - goods have been supplied and delivered efficiently, speedily and economically to our home in France. They have an amazing knowledge of our 940 Volvo and frequently offer good advice. It's such a pleasure dealing with people who are knowledgeable, efficient, and actually want to help you! Superbly well packed headlamp glass for my 940. Good delivery. Bit more expensive than eBay, but it fits spot on and part is original. Have used them before and will use again.

Excellent service and choice of parts. Quick to assist when a shipping error occured (not PFS at fault) and they investigated, chased the courier and replaced it. Highly recommended
