The White Horse Hotel

Had an evening meal with family here and the food was exceptional! We each had something different and were all equally impressed! Highly recommend the food. The staff were also very welcoming and professional.

Great service from welcoming and friendly staff. Great band on the evening we were there.(Black jack rats) Great atmosphere all round. Will definitely be back.

Staying up the road not at the hotel so popped in for an evening meal. Great food for a sensible price. Very possibly the best steak I've had for a long time! The decor is very nice & the staff were friendly & happy. Aim to go back again ...

I work for a music agency and one of our bands stayed here as they played at a local wedding. The staff were absolutely lovely and the dinner meal they had was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality :)

Visited a couple of times during our stay in Leiston; range of drinks is great, service has been excellent and the Sunday Roast is amazing!! Thanks to Ben and the team, for making us feel like locals, and especially to Janice for making our Sunday lunch so special- there'll be a Guinness in for you before we leave 😊

We love it place, becouse every Sunday we can meet with friends and enjoy lovely afternoon! There are lovely live music, from 4pm,to 7pm, lovely stuff work there, nice peoples coming to meet, very friendly... We enjoy spend time with all of friendly people's. 😘😍💕💕

Arrived at 22:45, greeted with a happy Scottish lady who was very pleasant,
The rooms were very tidy and equipped with plenty of tea coffee etc,
A few drinks in the friendly bar, and a very reasonably priced super delicious breakfast, served by a happy friendly member of staff,
All in all a 5 star stay.

Only stop for a quick bite and was very impressed! The atmosphere was very welcoming along with the staff who were very friendly and happy to help, there are 5 different areas to sit the restaurant, snug, bar, conservatory, outside all offering something different and quiet unique, very family friendly great childrens play area outside.
The attention to detail with are food was second to none and the flavours matched, can't wait to go back for the evening and have another quality meal.

We didn't stay here but we had dinner in the restaurant one night. The meals we ordered were fantastic. Perfectly cooked, tasty and presented beautifully. All the staff were friendly. We did arrive early evening but even so, it was very quiet, I hope they get busier as the food is certainly worth a visit.

Went for dinner and the food was very good. We had calamari to share as a starter, bangers & mash and BBQ baby back ribs for mains. They were very good. Highly recommended.

2 night stay in early Oct. 2019. Staff all friendly and helpful. All the food served was very good. Money being spent on the rooms. Our shared bathroom was newly refurbished. But our friends were unhappy with there's. Old sash windows need attention. Work in progress... I would stay there again.

Stayed a night here. Lovely clean rooms and great food. It's a little tired and going through some updating right now but don't let that put you off. We had a great stay. Staff very good.

Charming hotel with a good restaurant, and really lovely decor. Rooms were clean and comfortable - we had a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was great. The staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

They have on going work to upgrade the hotel as the previous owners let it run down. We had an amazing stay, the staff are welcoming and so friendly. Everything was clean and the facilities are everything you need. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. We will 100% be visiting again. Thank you for our brilliant stay, we will see you again soon :)

Lovely roast and good service

What a find. We had a great Sunday lunch... Pork and lamb and fine nacho starters. The staff were attentive and concerned about us seniors. All round good fun
