We've had the floor fitted by Creative Flooring throughout the ground floor in a herringbone style (something which we were told would not be possible by another flooring company!) and are hugely impressed with the finished article and level of detail that the fitters have achieved in installing the floor seamlessly between rooms. It's obvious that they know the product extremely well.

Communication throughout has been very good, responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Finding a Karndean retailer and fitter was a long process for us. But after some time, I believe we found the best one. I contacted Mick to discuss further details of our house's flooring and stairs runner. He helped us in every detail of planning, sent us some demonstration pictures like putting sample carpets on our favourite Karndean tiles. We had a Karndean flooring for our hall, lounge, stairs, bedrooms, landings and 3 cupboards and an extra stairs runner for our stairs. Elliot and Ben did an amazing job with the flooring and Steve performed his amazing skills with our runner. Thanks to Creative Flooring team, our house has a soul now. Mick communicated with us frequently and informed us about every details.

This is the second time we have used Creative Flooring. On both occasions, we have been blown away by the professionalism and the finish. We chose to go with Lansdown from the Heritage range which is a new range but the team onsite installed it perfectly. We have used Creative flooring for the past 20 years and have always been impressed with them. This year we purchased a Victorian house and in true Creative Flooring style they did an amazing job in our Kitchen / Garden room laying Karndean, fitting skirting boards, going above and beyond in every aspect to get the finish spot on. Big shout out to Mick and Elliot - excellent customer service.

Everything was good about this company and it's the second time I've used them over the last year. The admin is efficient, the initial survey visit was good (the guy was on time, polite and helpful) and finally the work required to remove my old hallway carpet and fit tiles was conducted brilliantly taking two just mornings in total. I'm really impressed with them and will use them again for any carpeting or flooring work.

I can’t recommend Creative Flooring highly enough. We have just moved in to a new build house and they have floored the entirety of it. In all the stress of moving house dealing with Creative Flooring was an absolute dream. So easy, quick, efficient and professional. Jamie was incredibly helpful when we were picking out our floors and Elliot installed our karndean in a herringbone pattern beautifully, even the site team of builders have been admiring it! Superb company, would definitely recommend (indeed we already have!).

I would highly recommend Creative Flooring! They were so helpful and gave great advice when I wasn’t 100% sure what type of carpet I needed. They came out and quoted and got our carpet installed really quickly. Pete installed our carpet, was professional and left zero mess. We are super happy with the outcome and will be using them again.

Had new carpets fitted lounge, hall and staircase. Delay caused by manufacturer was well handled by Creative Flooring. It was a pleasure to have the installation team in our house. Their work was very neat and they cleared up properly. Well done. Appears all our neighbours have used and reused this company.

Elliot laid a beautiful Karndean floor for our village hall toilets, it was tight to work and lots of complex cuts as I wanted herringbone pattern.. the result was first class!

First time I have used Creative Flooring and would definitely use them again. They came very quickly to assess the job, quote came through really quickly, price was good, then were very flexible on installation date as I got let down on another installation of furniture. And the carpet install was really good quality.
We had to pay upfront for the carpet and install before the installation date which felt a bit uncomfortable as I wouldn’t Normally do that but now I know the guys it won’t be an issue next time.

Customer service was excellent, but of particular note was the craftsmanship of the Karndean fitter. His attention to detail and, through sheer hard work, his installation of the flooring, means there are no imperfections at all as it flows from room to room. Despite having problems with the removal of old floor coverings, including ceramic tiles, he achieved a perfect finish. The floors look beautiful!

We started the sales process in the height of the pandemic and they still went out of their way to make sure they could give us accurate and competitive quotes, despite being unable to visit the property.

Their expertise really shows through with the fitting of the Lansdown range (heritage collection), in our hallway. The fitters (Elliot) were able to advise on the day about have a boarder to make sure this beautiful flooring really looked spectacular. The fitting of the flooring was complex, as there are angles in our hallway and they really took the time to make sure it looks fantastic.
