Oakchurch Farm Shop

Been coming here when in the area for years, and it just keeps getting better. A wide range of goodies and such lovely staff. Love it.

This is a really nice farm shop to visit. Whether you're looking for something in particular or maybe just wanting to spend some time to get ideas for your next culinary creation. Lovely fresh produce, so much variety, and a leap away from the usual supermarket fare. Inspiring ingredients to tempt the palate and feast the eyes on. But not just food, lots of household items and books etc. to interest the mind weary from the usual same old. The finishing touch is a welcoming cafe with home-cooked food and recharging beverages - a good enough reason to visit in itself.

It used to be a PYO it's well worth a visit (but be prepared). It's huge. You will spend all day there, especially if you like farm shopping!
Good size restaurant and other shops.
Shops included...family butcher, its first class...fresh bread & fresh cream cakes, there's a kitchen accessory department offering cooking ingredients, pots ,pans, etc.
A clothes shop, a jewellery shop that sells fashionable items like bags, purses ,umbrellas, and quality toys.
I love the huge display of plants in the horticultural part of the shop. Where Quality comes first!

Amazing variety of plants available including unusual species of carnivorous plants, cacti and succulents along with hardy palm varieties. Not cheap but excellent quality.

Also sells a wide range of other quality goods and has a great restaurant with a fairly broad menu at reasonable prices (although the 'children’s bag' is possibly better avoided!)

Fantastic range of local produce and some truly amazing cakes and pastries.

The ice cream counter is special. Made on the premises, the ice cream is the best since visiting Italy and Venice.

Well worth a visit.

Very popular local shop, garden centre, butcher and cafe. Unfortunately you always end up spending more money than you intend to as they have so much delicious local produce, lovely clothes and jewellery and the sort of place you can find a gift for anyone. The cafe serves good food and is very popular with locals and visitors.
Not suitable for dogs and if you are intending leaving yours in the car there is very little parking in the shade.

Fabulous garden centre in the beautiful Hereford countryside. Stocked with a huge array of healthy flowers, trees srubs and other incidentals for the keen gardener. The farm shop sells high quality butchery, greengrocery and other delicious foodstuffs to make your mouth water. There is also a cook shop, a clothing and shoe shop within. The restaurant sells hot and cold meals with teas and coffee etc for indoor or outdoor seating. Well worth a visit if not only for the tasty ice cream 😋

I am a regular here despite the fact that I live in Merthyr 40 odd miles away - mainly because of the very high standard of the food sold here. I particularly single out the butchery department for the quality of of the meats sold. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that anyone who criticizes the standard of their meats have been shopping in the supermarkets a tad to long and have forgotten what 'real' beef, pork etc tastes like, and for those in the know will understand me here when I say - smells' like as well.

First but not my last visit.

Called in for a quick coffee today and as it was my first visit I also had a browse around.
The service was fantastic, very pleasant staff, my coffee was nice. I could see good being served which looked very nice.
The food market had a great amount of choice including fresh foods. The pricing was very competitive too.
I shall definitely return.

Stopped off to see what was there lovely place great butchers everything you would want also groceries plus a little garden centre.

Had a light lunch here. Good value. Farm shop has everything you need. Not cheap though. Vegetables, fruits meat excellent quality.

Oakchurch always has something to tempt you - be in from the garden centre, farm shop or in The Pantry.

If you come on a hot day, their ice cream is also highly recommended!

Plenty of parking too.

A wide range of good quality food, gifts, clothes and garden items. Friendly staff. Perhaps best of all is the ice cream - lots of delicious flavours and great value for money.

Nice garden centre with a variety of food in the extensive farm shop and a good cafe restaurant. Plants for sale were healthy and well looked after.

I nearly always buy something when I visit oak church, just started to get some hedgehogs visiting the garden so was very happy to find this hedgehog food. Good selection of pond plants and selection of different ciders and beers if you fancy trying out a new drink.

Probably the best ice cream this side of the country. Their salted caramel is divine and their portion sizes are generous.

We visited whilst on holiday here and Oakchurch became our place of choice to pick up our food for the evening - such a great choice of meats! The pasty’s and pie were great too. So much more to buy in the rest of the shop - could spend ages (and a fortune) in there - great place!
