Seatoller House

Set in its own idyllic backdrop of the Lake District National Park.
The food was incredible.
The accommodation was a stunningly beautiful rabbit warren of amazing spaces.

With an honour system for drinks and snacks outside of mealtimes. The staff are so welcoming that you are instantly put at your ease.

The family and I including the dogs will be revisiting.

Our stay here over the August bank holiday was magnificent. We had the outdoor Shelley which catered for the two small dogs we had with us. We were greeted with a warm friendly feel and had no problem checking in.

The location is good for a short commute into Keswick or the surrounding locations for hiking. Considering we booked quite close to the travel date, we were surprised how lucky we were to fall onto this gem.

Food was fantastic with my girlfriend still talking about the cheesecake 3 months later. We'll definitely look Seatoller House up for our next stay.

We go as a family every year. Absolutely fantastic accommodation and food. Nigel and Trish are also great hosts. Definitely recommended if you are a walker as there are many great routes straight from the house.

We've been coming to Seatoller House, from the States, for 21 years. A great location to do day hikes from and fine meals every night. Have always enjoyed talking with the other guests, mostly hikers, about different route options for the next day.

Our stay here was sensational. Nigel and Trish were very welcoming and gave us advice on walking routes in the area. It is a beautiful home in an amazing location for walking.

Will never forget my time at Seatoller House. The hosts cooked AMAZING food and the atmosphere was really lovely. Also situated in such a prime location for walking. Would strongly advise that you stay here.

Very cozy and a short way from a couple of routes to Scafell Pike. Excellent food and self service bar. Tea, Coffee og hot chocolate included.
