Had a potential serious issue with fone, employee greeted us with a smile, listened to the issue, sorted in less than 30 seconds, amazing, deep gratitude

Excellent service. The staff were very knowledgeable & also very patient with me. I have been with o2 now for numerous years & have always been pleased with the service I receive from them. The staff in this shop are excellent to deal with & would highly recommend them.

I spent 3 days on the phone to o2 trying to get and setup an Esim for my Galaxy watch 6 LTE and got nowhere it's a simple process setup an esim contract for £7 create the QR code and send it to the customer easy right NO it was rocket science to o2 call centres. So I decided to go in store in St Helens to do it and got talking to Callum, absolutely fantastic experience Callum must be a rocket scientist because he sorted my Esim contract out in no time at all and everything up and running perfectly o2 should contact Callum at St Helens and ask him if he would like to go around to all o2's call centres and give priority training to all the staff with all expenses paid along with a decent pay rise because Callum certainly knows what he is doing and knows his job very well.

I was assisted by Callum today he was brilliant, professional and so helpful. An awkward difficult situation that no one had come across before. He was so patient and helpful. 5 star review just for the customer service I received from him today.

Had trouble with phone getting back to 02 from aerial direct and owen was brilliant sorted everything out and helped me

Just been into the 02 store in St. Helens….my phone was sorted in minutes by two lovely staff (Owen and Sacha ) very friendly and kind …would not hesitate to recommend going here if your a phone dinosaur…like me😳

So pleased that the guy in the O2 shop could help me with the problem I was having with my phone. It wasn't an O2 problem, but still he spent time with my phone. He didn't know what was wrong, but managed to sort it. I was well impressed. That's three times now I have gone into the shop with a phone problem and each time I've come out smiling. That you all the very helpful O2 staff in the St Helens store.

Massive massive shoutout to Laura who has helped me massively in my contract change, and helped me with a query a few days later, she’s so knowledgeable, I was in and out of store within 2 minutes with my problem resolved!! She’s a superstar!!

I called in today as I had a bad experience in Vodafone next door, while trying to upgrade my phone . Liam sorted my new phone and pac code to change to O2. Couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend. The experience and customer service by far exceeds Vodafone.
