The Range, St Helens

Thankyou very much to the lovely young man Callum who was very helpful today in helping me carry a table and chairs to my car, as there were no flat trolleys available and I had my baby with me, as this was an impulse buy I wasnt very prepared but he was very pleasant and had a lot of patience with me. Called today to try and source a handle for a cord pull light switch and I was assisted by a young lass with long dark hair who was very polite and pleasant. Unfortunately I never got her name but during the course of conversation she apologised.. unnecessarily...for having a hearing problem..very professional outlook.

Best range in the area. MUCH better than the Wigan store. As an artist, The Range is my haven, and this one does not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Also has lots of house stuff which is fab.

It's packed with so many good things, I could spend a day in there and not see everything. I went in for a trowel and torx set, I also came out with a shower head and a hand clamp.

I love The Range. It becomes my favorite place to shop after the middle of September when all the Christmas stuff is out. Omg, the Range is truly the Christmas paradise and for sure the best place to buy your Christmas ornament and the variety is mind blowing. I love the fact that they have them arranged by colors on different isles and that they gave these gift ideas too. I have to admit that they have the ugliest Christmas trees but when about Christmas ornaments and decorations they are number 1 on the market.
Back to The Range you can find as well, everything you need if you are into crafting. As well, amazing gift ideas, The Range is a place where you can easily spend 4 to 5 hours and it is impossible to get out without shopping for at least 1 item as it is crazy the diversity of products the store offers . The staff are nice, not the best, not the worst . Great location.

Never been here before, Widnes closed down. Wife enjoyed searching out next years decorations for less. Pleasant staff , enjoyed the visit.

This shop is fabulous,I came for a stroll around and picked things to buy I hadn't intended on buying ,the Christmas isles are full of decorations I was spoilt for choice ,friendly staff staff on tills

Visiting the range in St helens today for the first time I was impressed with the size of the store. It was well stocked and staff were excellent. I purchased 2 dog coats. They are fantastic quality and was really reasonable. Will definitely visit this store again. And I highly recommend it.

The range is a fantastic shop with a diverse 'range' of products (you see what i did there?) If you are a lover of crafts, a decorating nut, an outdoor enthusiast or you have pets you will love the range. Plus while you're there for one thing you will always find something else that takes your fancy.

Great store, fast friendly service, wheelchair friendly with disabled lift to top floor plus a fairly decent cafe (a bit over priced)

All in all a good place to pick up some items you cant get in the supermarkets for a decent price.

Large store with lots in stock, the range is always good this one is worth a visit if ur shopping

Excellent range (pardon the pun) of items, hardly any staff of the tills or shop floor.

Great range of products at good prices. Staff friendly and helpful. Massive free car park, ideal for visiting town if you keep within the time limits or register for longer in store.

I had no receipt for an exchange . Calum was v helpful , excellent customer service.

My favourite shop just wish Iceland wasn't taking up floor room prefer it how it was before. Love it at Christmas too. Great for Christmas decs.Home ornaments.Decorating supplies and garden furniture and lights.

We initially visited to purchase the Cambridge rattan chairs and table set but it was out of stock, the manager Sharon tried ringing another store but they had no stock. To save us waiting she took my contact details and said she would put out a company wide email if we were prepared to travel which we were. 2 hours later Sharon rang me to say she had located a set at the Aintree, Liverpool store which was less than 10 miles from our home at £299.00.
Sharon had also reduced a bar stool by 30% which was no longer a stocked item.
I cannot thank Sharon enough for her excellent customer service and going over and above what we would reasonably expect of a store.
