Asda St Helens Superstore

I would like to give a very special thanks to the woman who took it from her heart to help me in my time of need when I was just short of my price you have an amazing heart and we need more people like you in this world was only 5p but her compassionate caring attitude was beautiful

Posting on behalf of my Nan.
My Nan came in to this store last week and due to very hot weather and her having walked some distance from the bus stop, she was flushed and very breathless. She went to the pharmacy to pick up what she needed and was offered a seat and a bottle of water by a member of staff called Julie. When I spoke to my Nan on the phone later that day, she said she felt like she’d had a little pamper and couldn’t say enough positive things about Julie and how kind she’d been. She asked me if I could leave a review to pass on her thanks to Julie and she felt so much better after having some water and a sit down.
Thank you so much Julie for looking out for my wonderful Nan. It is so lovely to know that people are so happy to help her if needed. ☺

The place I visit most every day is that it is very good for shopping

Overall this asda ,there are a wide variety of products there are self scan and tills with staff on.there are time when there are people moving stock and shelves buy that's not all the time,otherwise its nice and clean

Could do with making bigger round the Isles not much room to pass each other
You get pushed along when your trying to look at the stuff on the shelves

Most groceries you can buy there. Also very reliable parking facilities.

Plenty of free parking and they had the new KSI Prime drink, my four grandsons were very happy. We went to customer services and they produced four bottles, one each and only £2.00 per bottle. Staff were very helpful.

I love it! It is large, they close real late and loads of options!
Last minute shopper here, I dashed in looking for school uniform options. No joy..

Massive free parking, instore well laid out with everything you could want. Many deals on offer. Friendly atmosphere, you don't feel rushed. Stress free shopping. Staff friendly and helpful.

Really nice place looks small from the out side but it's pretty big inside it's all set to easy to find & even if I compare it to the asda in manchester I'd say there is size difference but I was able to buy all the things iv bought in the bigger stores too
Biggest game changer I noticed from St. Helens asda to Manchester asda before you even enter the store the fact is in manchester you have to put a £1 in to release A trolley to use it & if you take the trolley too far off of the asda property lines the wheel lock clamps on so in St. Helens it costed.... 🤔 Absolutely nothing

Brilliant as usual staff are friendly and very helpful.

Found it a bit frustrating today, as products had been moved to different aisles, but as usual the excellent staff were on hand to show us what we were looking for.

It's always a good feeling shopping at Asda..expecially their long grain rice that is always available

Asda is Asda, aren't they all near enough the same.

I definitely recommend it for an economical and quality shopping.

Easy and smart shopping!!! Always fresh, I also recommend the fresh made pizza “thin” slice 💪 customer service always happy to help, its an easy 5star from me !
