Lidl

My first ever trip to Lidl. I only bought a few bits and bobs but I was happy with the choices, prices and layout of the shop. The shop assistant on the till was very pleasant.

So happy to have this shop locally. This shop has been opened for few months now, still kept nicely organised and clean. Friendly staff, modern tills. Really the best everyday shopping store in the area!
Free parking, disabled parking, nice clean trolleys of different sizes, public toilet.
I love the idea of the baskets with wheels so you dont have to carry heavy shopping!
The best thing is the bakery inside, always fresh and extremely tasty!

Lovely bright clean and friendly store, always great bargains

Clean, cheap, great deals, fast efficient staffing, exactly what you need on a food shop. Only downside is those who want just a few items, you can end up being stuck behind people with full trolleys as there is no self serve areas. Staff are quite good however at trying to get you in front of other shoppers, with their consent, if they notice you have a few items only. Wrong slogan but every lidl helps 🤪 in all seriousness there is money to be saved shopping here, but I expect that if you do, some items you normally buy may need to be sacrificed as they do not stock everything as a large tesco may. If you want to save cash you adapt quickly :) also there are cute lidl, did you like that? Shopping trolleys for kids. It involves them and makes it easier for parenting when shopping as kids bore easily. Past few mo the has seen pretty bad stock levels so be warned, many things may now not be available, although still reasonable stick, depends what your after.

the better of the cheaper shops, far better than asda, et al.

Large, modern store, friendly staff, lots of choice, loads of parking, shortage of smaller trolleys.

Typical lidl supermarket veg and salad stock can be hit and miss

Great shop always have a great selection of food and home products, I bought these there last week for the kids to make😃

Went for some Christmas treats. Not too busy or long queues.
Got most of what I wanted just substitutes for 2 things but alternatives look great.

My first visit here, quite big inside and has its own bakery. The three cheese topped bread is just too nice. Tills busy when I went and not all of them was on which made paying for your stuff 10min plus

Friendly , helpful staff. Good produce. Wide enough to get a wheelchair round.

I love this shop. I don't shop any were else now. They have it all and all quality products.i love the live feed on the web page aswell I check to make sure the shop isn't to busy before I go. I can take my time to look around and the checkout isn't busy either.

First time going to this Lidl and it's much better than the one right in St. Helens by Asda, bigger, much more variety of stock, and friendly staff.

I can't find fault with the food the fruit is always fresh the store itself is spotless.
One area that requires attention are the freezer cabinets, on a few of them there is food on the bottom of the unit. This is not a health risk but doesn't look good.

Great service good food and an outlet.
Reasonable prices. Throughout all the stores that I visited.

Love it! Better goods for less money

I shopped ere for my first time ever (usually shop @ Asda but can't afford to anymore) there selection of fresh meat is amazing!! We got a FULL trolly if food, which we can't afford to do at Asda and it barely cost us more than what we'd of spent at Asda!
Deffo recommend if ur struggling with the rise in absolutely everythin 🙄 😁👍
