Excellent store with friendly helpful staff. Went there for a particular pillow for my wife, which was out of stock everywhere else. Happy wife

I’m actually reviewing one of your members of staff at the St Helens store today 13/7/23 @ around 5.15 pm. I Didn’t take her name but she went above and beyond sorting out a very tricky refund for me. She was friendly, courteous and saved me making another long trip.

The cafe on the first floor, also accessible by lift is good with a good selection of food and drinks

Placed a click and collect order last night (Saturday) at 8.15pm and at 10.03 Sunday morning I received a text message to say it was ready for collection. Now that is what I call excellent service! Well done Dunelm, you are experts in this field! TY

Love the cafe, reasonable prices and caters for veggies, some vegan and gluten free food as well. Lovely staff and good coffee ☕.

Great shop for homeware and a lovely cafe

This place has a fantastic range of household items for sale. Upon my recent visit there was no queue outside and was very happy to see social distancing measures in place throughout the store. There was however some confusion regarding the direction of travel on the stairs as the arrows had been placed incorrectly. The store layout was clearly marked and the floor staff where helpful when questioned. The checkout was quick and and friendly. I shall definitely be shopping there again in the near future.

Love Dunelm, so much choice, maybe too much choice, end up buying what you went for and then some extras. Staff are helpful and friendly and the coffee shop is great for a sit down after you've spent all of your money 🙂. Start saving again for my next visit

Visited here 2 weeks ago only to be met by a very rude woman at the door, a tall blonde woman I don't know whether she is security or Dunelm staff ,but she certainly needs to change her approach to customers,

We reserved 2 cushions from dunelm in St Helens. Very efficient. We received a text to tell us our order was ready. We went straight to the click and collect area,the lady took our order number and brought our goods back. Excellent service.

The assistant at checkout was very helpful. She went out of her way and made sure that I put plastic over my drawers. The plastic was taken from somewhere else in the shop. She made it possible for drawers not to fall off. I did not want my drawers to fall off whilst I was on the bus going home. So, thank you for helping me to keep my drawers safe.

Great service and price

Staff very helpful, wanted curtains that weren't out so the member of staff went to the stock room to look for some more. I left the store happy with what I had gone for. Good variety of all soft furnishings. Would recommend this store to anyone.
