Popped in on a busy Saturday afternoon to get one of the last tables available. The waitress was really friendly and welcoming, and I wasn't mithered with bloody vegan menus. Portion sizes were spot on, and it was delicious. As I left, there was a queue out the door, that's always a good indicator as to how good it is. I will be definitely going back next time I'm in Great Yarmouth.

Grabbed a quick lunch of large Haddock and chips. The fish and chips were quite perfectly cooked. I took a takeaway and then sat out in the open outside of the restaurant as it was sunny, with a good view of the ferry's wheel and rocket ejector play rides opposite of the road 🙂. In all, I liked the whole experience and would recommend it.

We had the afternoon tea fish and chips. We couldn't fault it at all. Daniel the chef cooked the chips perfectly and plated up the food which looked delicious. We had both a main and pudding with our voucher. Tara and John the table servers were approachable and nothing was too much trouble, they were both cheerful and talkative.

This fish&chips afternoon tea was so good and so much of it for 2 people. All the food was lovely and fresh. My only criticism for the food would be to ditch the banana fritters as weren’t for me a bit to mushy but the bread and butter pudding with the caramel sauce was delicious. The staff here are so nice and attentive Tara our waitress was lovely and friendly and this Harry Ramsdons has good seating lovely and clean and not too noisy. I will definitely becoming back here to dine again before my holiday ends and will visit when I am in Great Yarmouth again definitely a must try there afternoon tea it is such good value deserves a higher than a 5 star rating.

We had a fish & chips tea (Red letter day gift card). Sophie was very welcoming and friendly. The food was great and we will recommend HR to our friends.

We were gifted afternoon tea for 2. Woah, just no words. Never experienced any thing like it. Enough food to feed 4. Everything tasted great. Waitresses all fab, Holly was particularly attentive. We will be back. Got lovely doggy bag to take home too xx

Spent a nice lunchtime sampling an afternoon tea we had been given as a gift.
Food was nice and well prepared by the chef John. What made it was the great table service by Holly. Friendly and couldnt do anymore.

We purchased the afternoon tea as something different. Have to say did not dissappoint....food was well presented and delicious. Our server Hollie was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much....100% return

Went to great Yarmouth for the very first time had late lunch at Harry Ramsdens. Was absolutely beautiful food and was made ever so quick by the wonderful lady at the back.
The customer service by Tara was absolutely bang on and I would definetlty recommend to others and would go again if I ever go great Yarmouth again. 👍🏽

Very nice and really enjoyed the extra portions plus we got little bit extra tartare and ketchup sauce.

Food was surprisingly good considering we was expecting a sit in chippy. Service was good and fast. Atmosphere was.. well bland. If they can find a way to improve the atmosphere it would be a solid 10 out of 10

We were given a gift for our 54th Wedding Anniversary of a Harry Ramsdens Afternoon Tea. Hollie, our server was very polite, kind and helpful and looked after us very well.
We come here a lot for the over 60’s meal and always get good food and excellent service.
We really enjoyed the Afternoon Tea and thought it very good value.
Hollie, thank you again for making our afternoon more special.

What a lovely visit today , we had never been to a Harry Ramsdens and we were really thrilled with our afternoon tea , what a great change it was, really super value all tasted delicious, and the two ladies Hollie and Sophie really were doing an amazing job of a busy restaurant, they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they never stopped.... very impressed by them both..
Normally I don't leave a review but really felt it was a truly great visit and we shall return..

Very nice staff I had the 60s fish and chips. I did want salad instead of chips but that is not allowed.. however the fish was very nice and perfectly cooked.

Wow! I am very impressed by the service and food quality we received here. The waitress was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble at all. You cannot beat fish and chips by the sea :). There was no waiting for a table, the food arrived within a reasonable time and cooked perfectly. Keep up the good work :)!

Wow! Bought an afternoon tea for hubby as a gift as he’s a huge fan of fish and chips and not the sweet stuff of a normal cream tea. We were greeted by the lovely Tia, who was just lovely, always there at the right time, but never at the wrong time - impeccable service. When our food arrive we were blown away by it, all perfectly cooked by John I’m so fussy with battered food, it needs to be crispy or it gets debattered by me - and this was beautifully cooked - even hubby, an ex chef was impressed - what a lovely experience from start to finish - thanks guys xx

Lovely chips. Tasted buttery, and the curry sauce was great. Would recommend if you fancy something light for lunch.
