Amazing food and service. 100000 stars! Vegan food options are brilliant! Can't believe we found such a great place with this level of service that we thought didn't exist anymore! Cost very reasonable too!

Had to edit my review as we stopped by again. We really love coming here , such great food and lovely people.
I had the best ploughman's, which was super tasty and very generous. My partner had the ham ,leek and mushroom tartlet which was equally tasty so I was informed 😋

We only stopped by OakHill to pick up a refreshing snack in the middle of a very long journey so we didn't experience much of the place, but we're looking forward to coming back later in the year to see how the old house is coming along, looks very historic and interesting. Shop wise the service was spot on and the staff were very pleasant.

We stopped at this cafe yesterday to get out of the rain and it turned out to be absolutely lovely. Very friendly staff, very child and dog friendly. The food was delicious and prices reasonable, would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

My family and I popped by by chance and had a lovely breakfast. The owners and their staff were delightful and really friendly and we really enjoyed our time here! I had a breakfast wrap and was really impressed with it. Thank you guys, hope to visit again in future!

A lovely cafe with inside and outside seating, next to a ruined castle. Very friendly staff and the home baking is delicious.

Had a lovely breakfast here. The food was delicious and the gentleman serving us was so lovely and helpful. We also ordered some food to go for our journey and was very accommodating.

What a wonderful place to stop for good quality deli food and some supplies too. Coffee and food is first rate, all served with a friendly smile. Lovely indoor and outside seating, off road parking, a gem not to miss.

Stopped on the spur of the moment and we were glad we did. Enjoyed food and drinks. All three of the women who served us could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very dog friendly which we appreciated.

Had drove by here the last time I was in the area, but this time I stopped for a coffee with my 2 grandsons. I'm so glad that I did. It's a lovely wee gem of a place and the staff are just lovely. I will definitely be back. Caramel shortcake is delicious!

Eshan (owner) was really friendly and an amazing host. A must go place if you’re in the area. Great food, freshly made using locally sourced ingredients at great prices, what else could you want. STOP THERE.

Absolutely perfect rest stop on our days adventure. Wonderful food with exceptionally friendly welcome from owners. The wide options on the menu catered for our food allergies and ensured we had plenty of food to enjoy. I highly recommend and will be back for more.

Lovely cafe, we arrived just as they were closing, but they were more than happy to help service us on a take away basis.

Hot drink and a piece of tiffin each (which was excellent) and a couple of treats for the dogs.
The gentleman at the till was friendly, cheery and very helpful.

We stopped here for lunch. There is a good selection for vegetarians. We chose the stilton and mushroom tartlet and the tomato and red onion tartlet and shared them. Both were delicious.
The tartlets and the chips were served really hot, which was nice as that often doesn't happen when we eat out. The salad and dressing was lovely, fresh and tasty (not a bit of brown edged iceberg lettuce in sight).
The owners were very friendly and hospitable.
The traybakes all looked so good it was hard to choose which ones we wanted. We bought two different ones to take home with us to share and have later later with a cup of tea. We could definitely taste that they were made with good quality ingredients.

Great selection of quality food products. We had the poached eggs, which were cooked to perfection. Customer service was excellent with a nice friendly welcome. This is definitely worth a visit!!!

Just stopped in for breakfast. Absolutely delicious breakfast wrap and scrambled eggs on toast with smoked salmon. A delightful spot with lovely owners, definitely drop by if you have a chance! We’ll be back!

Excellent small cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast and lunch menu gives a good range of options to suit most tastes. Always a warm welcome from staff.

Some initial research had guided us to this cafe. It seemed to be an ideal spot to have breakfast en-route to Cairnryan for the ferry to Northern Ireland.
We arrived at opening time (9am) and we received a very warm welcome. The breakfast (their breakfast wrap) was delicious, the premises were impeccably clean, and the service was excellent.
A gem of a find and we’ll certainly make a return visit. We’d recommend everyone to pay them a visit if you’re in the area.

Randomly looking for a place for coffee and cake. Really glad we found OakHill. Food was tasty and good value for money. Owners lovely - we had a good chat. You have a great view of the castle next door and there's plenty of parking should you need.

Just popped into the little gem on a day out. Wondered if they provided gluten free options and they did. The food was freshly prepared and the service was excellent. Happy to recommend 👍🏻🙌🏻
