McDonald's

I popped in on my way to Birmingham with my family. Their food was nice and tasty. Their staff were friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. Mild waiting delay was noted post orders. There is clean onsite toilet, small portable dining, but their food was hot and fresh.
The price was not bad compared with the quality of service and food.
The car park is not on a big size but it due service appropriately at the moment.
Highly recommended.

Them Indian ladies very friendly. They treat Uber Eats drivers with respect.
When we go there always food is ready to collect and deliver it to the customers.
Those Indian ladies smile is awesome, I love going to this McDonald’s.

My Mom and I popped in the drive thru for the first time not so long ago, I had a vegetarian meal so we had to park up and wait but it wasn't for very long. Food was hot and delicious, but I have to shout out the staff - they were SO friendly, both my Mom and I said how impressed we were with every staff member's attitude who dealt with us. We will happily return, especially after this experience!

No serviets were brought with my meal. They cleared my table while I was still drinking. Little things I know. But disappointing

I went to McDonald's yesterday and ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a Coke. The food was hot and fresh, and the fries were crispy. The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Overall, I would recommend McDonald's to others.

Staff were very helpful when my wife had problems paying via the app.

Great food, friendly staff, car park a bit on the small side same as dining in but it's a good McDonald's to visit if in the area. Onsite toilets. Usually a slight delay when waiting for order whether it be inside or drive thru

Ordered a filet-o-fish meal had to park up and wait for it to be cooked but always have to no matter which McDonald's I use. Order was cooked to perfection very tasty and piping hot 😊

Just a small one, the drive in always had barriers across when we go but we're pedestrians so doesn't bother us. Speedy service. Kids love it naturally 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The young lady who served us our food was really pleasant. Even my kids were impressed by how polite and friendly she was. I didn't catch her name however but we were very impressed with her customer service skills.

but took too long for food to come

Went into the restaurant for takeaway to eat in my car about 12:30-1pm today. Firstly, there were a few car parking spaces available. When I went inside and used the screen to customise my order, I noticed that soon after I finished - the screen was cleaned/sanitised before anyone else could use it, which was very good. Finally, the woman who gave me my food was very polite and gave me all the sugars/condiments that I asked for after she offered. Food was as expected and very good service, although it wasn't probably their busiest time. 5 stars

We had a day out at Dudley Zoo and stopped off here to grab some food. The staff were amazing! They were super nice and friendly to all our hyper monster kids despite it being so busy and seats full. The staff kicked out some bag heads who thought it was ok to drink a can of lager in maccies at 5pm and kept the place fun and chill during and after.

The staff are fantastic...very friendly even when under pressure...They were very busy with at least 50 online orders, the drive through customer with me in store. What would help the delivery drivers greatly would be the implementation of a screen where there order numbers once ready are displayed. The verbal announcement of order numbers are not sometimes heard corectly as certain accents can make it difficult...saying that...well done McDonald's Coseley.

Very friendly staff, so helpful and polite. Food was excellent, so fresh and the strawberry & cream frappe was the best!!
