The Food Warehouse by Iceland

The security man that was working yesterday afternoon (Monday 15th) is such a lovely person. Made us feel so welcome with his lovely personality. He's definitely an asset to your store.

It's the first time I've been into and purchased a few items. This food warehouse is part of the Iceland group. Looking through the shop it has many bargains for the large family budget but the small family or single couples it can be rather expensive

Nice shopping here always come here to do a top up shop but I do order online for most of the time. But nice, clean store and staff are friendly on the floor as they are refilling stock and checkouts are ok some do smile but all of them.

Did a shop here the other day- decent amount of shopping including bakery, dairy, fruit and salad, meat and frozen products for a good price.
As with all supermarkets there's stuff you like and don't like.
The deals are good 2 and 3 for £3.
Would prefer the meat to be RSPCA assured - only reason I won't buy the meat again.

Always a good experience shopping here. Lots of products in stock and prices generally reasonable. There was a bit of a queue at the checkout, as it was teatime possibly having another checkout may be something that management could consider doing. Very pleasant, cheerful lady on the till, who certainly knew how to move shopping through quickly.

There is lots of parking around the shop which helps to make it a good shopping experience.

Not so busy today (thursday) staff very efficient. Good value, shop well laid out and very clean and tidy. Wheelchair accessible and ample parking available.

Ilove it easy to do shopping the staff are very helpfull the only thing i wish they did was delivery but i am happy .

First visit very friendly staff got everything we needed good value for money not sure why hadn't been here before.

Great selection of food and fast service.

I went there today 18/11/2022.
There seems to be a lot of toilet paper about the store & of course it was busy & getting busier as December gets closer.
I had a mooch about to see what was available in the way of party food & Xmas food & I must say they have a wide range & good variety of food for folks to buy & enjoy.

I went in brought my case of Pepsi Max & a couple of other bits & paid & enjoyed a simple & safe shopping trip.

What an easy way to save money and quality is not lost. Very friendly staff, especially the young lady on the checkout. If I noted her name I would have congratulated on here.

Good shop to go to for the odd thing but it's not my first choice for a full shop. They have a really good selection of food and obviously a massive frozen food selection, staff are friendly but watch your prices, you can be lulled into a sense that your in a budget shop and on the whole you are but there are some items that are a little more expensive than the other supermarket's so you save in one hand but then loose it in the other., if your over 60 and you shop there on a Tuesday you'll also benifit from a 10% discount on your whole shop.

Great place to shop. They have literally everything. Frozen section is huge like few isles. Staff is also friendly and helpfull. Place is always stocked up. Free ample parking right outside. Alot of other shops near by...

Hiya this store is lovely such good prices even though cost of living crisis is on very decent prices staff are friendly too cahsier could do with a cheer up or at least smile other than that love this place...

Good place to get wot you want but need to employ more staff it's a joke only having 1 on the tills

Good pricing easy to get to, great choice, only downside is when busy the till service can get a bit overrun and slow, else what's not to like

A far better shopping experience than regular Iceland stores provide. A bewildering array of frozen and fresh foods, a superb selection of ready meals at price points from economy to luxury. Food Warehouse is a shout back to how freezer centres used to be. An excellent place to shop.

Friendly staff and good selection of food.

One problem though is , I think it's check out 2, there is nowhere to pack you bag! Consequently you either use checkout 3 or have to use the floor where you have to keep bending down!

Great to have Warehouse prices and not need membership I tried to get Costco membership and I didn't qualify. I have physical disability and Food Warehouse in Oldbury is amazing. The staff are never too busy to help me out very friendly staff helpful kind and understanding. The way things are going now days it's lovely to know you go to a place like this and get everything under the same roof at great prices and bulk buying if you want.
