It has less opening hours than o knew but still a good shop apparently Allan himself has taken a back seat and given his son the reigns now but still worth a good look.

Allens of Netherton is a Store that if Allen has not got it then its not worth having, good quality stuff for very reasonable prices, the Staff are very helpful and friendly, You will also see Allen in the Store some days, a proper Black Country Shop, long may it continue. I love it ❤❤

If you don't know Allen's, you don't know Netherton, just as famous as Joe Darby and the Titanic anchor.

The shop, with the saying 'if we don't have it, you don't need it' and it is quite true. It has everything.

The shop that puts the back room of Argos to shame because it is HUGE and a maze too. Just when you thought you have found the end, there is another section.

It's not Aldi cheap but that's the thing, it's local and you're supporting black country folk. So your money is not going to some massive CEO.

It's been there since the 80s I think and I've seen it grow throughout the years and I would like to see how big it gets by 2080.

Not many shops like this left - a veritable Aladdin's Cave of prize purchases waiting to be paid for!
This shop sells everything and at amazing prices too. I grew up visiting this place from a very young age and from 4 to 40 it has never failed to bring a smile to my face and the satisfaction from buying something that I need at a reasonable price.

Great experience of old fashioned service. Fantastic selection of varied items, just like an Aladdin's tardis. The staff are so helpful if they haven't got the item your looking for they try their best to get it. I almost forgot, the prices are great too. Highly recomend a visit.

This place is a local legend.
At work we even have the "Allans' Challenge". If we need something and have no clue who might sell it we ask a member of staff at Allans. They have only lost the challenge once out of countless goes.
The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I'm pretty sure that they could find anything you ask for blindfolded, in the big maze of a shop, within 30 seconds.
If its not there (like I say, good luck finding ANYTHING that they don't have) they always try to get it for you within a couple of days.

In the past 13 years anything of needed has been there are so all in all Allans of Netherton is a great shop to shop at for all items for decorating DIY why even kitties toys and some chocolates cleaning stuff to be honest with you they have everything apart from frozen food😆 I give 10 out of 10 as I say I've been very lucky to get whatever I've needed

Goto love this place i didn't even know it was there.. someone told me if I needed anything this was the place. This was certainly the place went all around town looking for some items and didn't find them.. Alan's I found the lot under 1 roof... my it be a project ot household goods this place is brilliant..

Not to forget to mention the staff are great and very helpful and actually go out there way too help you.. thank you guys

More stuff that you can think of, from birthday cards to doggy chocolate. I have only been twice because I need to have chance to save up a little because you really can get anything and everything apart from paint as the choice is kind of minimal colours and most of them are white. Other than that the staff are always available to help you with anything and very friendly. Makesure that you have got time and energy because the shop is huge with lots of choices as far as you can see.

I needed oil for my car and decided to go there instead of somewhere like Halfords....I live in Sutton but knew that I was going to be in Dudley that week so waited because I'd rather give them my money.
