Beautiful, wide open landscape - you imediately know why Norfolk has been described as the 'land of the big skies' here! With relatively few people about we enjoyed the rustic coastal charm in peace and quiet while appreciating the abundance of coastal flowers dotting the marsh in early July. It's everything I've grown to love about visits to Norfolk here. Plenty of options for those looking to taste local seafood nearby, too.

Beautiful! Well worth a visit if you're in the area. The boardwalk is great too, allowing you to walk through the unspoilt marshes.

Walked between Burnham Deepdale and Brancaster. Fabulous scenery along narrow footpath, slightly uneven, muddy in places after rain. Care required on boardwalk sections over marshy ground. Limited space in places for social distancing when passing other walkers. Beautiful walk with one pub accessible from costal path, no other food / drink outlets on this section. Public toilets at Brancaster Quay.

Beautiful place, quite unspoilt and quiet. Lovely to sit and watch the boats coming in and out. Great little cafe/crab shack which is very handy for drinks & bite to eat.

Lovely place to visit. Free parking for cars & plenty of room for motorhomes. Have to have a crab sub from the crab hut. Absolutely delicious & caught at Brancaster.

I once had a man hit me over the head with a large log and I spent the night here. Pros - beautiful views and serenity. Cons - pigeon stole my wallet.
Found way home after following local wildlife. No Cafe.
100% accurate review 5 stars and no Cafe. - Brad hope to see you again soon 🙏

This is my special place. So peaceful and great place to just chill.
Crab Hut also has the most amazing seafood.

Amazing beach, ive spent all my life around there. As far as parking there is no need to pay as the pay machines are illegal. You can not get a ticket if you don't pay. Happy beach going but please respect it and leave it tidy.

Such a lovely walk on the marshes. Peaceful, stunning views of the marshland and the sounds of the birds were hauntingly beautiful.

Lovely Country side, cute little creeks and harbours.
Shame the mussel fisherman was a little offish!

Booked a fishing trip out from Brancaster. Loved it! Skipper was welcoming, encouraging, caught some mackerel, Skipper's mate made us tea, was friendly. Yep, a few hours very well spent
