The Retreat

This is a wonderful place. The retreat itself is set in a very pretty, tranquil estate, which just adds to the relaxation of the treatments. Inside, it is nice and bright, but in the massage rooms they are able to make it darker if that's what you prefer to relax.

I've only recently discovered here a couple of months ago and have been four times since. I've had a couple of back of body massages and a couple of Indian head massages, all done by Jess. Jess is great and very professional but also friendly and approachable. I feel extremely relaxed getting massages done by her and leave feeling very bliss. My wife has had a massage done by Lauren and she said it was also one of the best massages she's every had, so I'm sure all of the people here are really great with all the treatments.

Always greeted with a smile and although I've not really had massages done before so no point of reference, it seems very good value for money to me as well. Will definitely make this a regular part of my wellbeing routine!

Great service. We went there on the morning of my daughters wedding. Myself and the bridesmaids as well as the bride had our hair and make up done.. They are all lovely there and made us all feel very welcome. We all loved our makeup and hair. They looked after us very well xx

The whole team is professional, welcoming and friendly.
The Retreat is located in such a serene and tranquil setting, right from the enchanting drive through to the really welcoming and wonderful salon with such a beautiful view.
I thought that the elevator was a really great offering for clients who have mobility challenges.
The thoughtfulness that has gone into setting up this salon is what makes it even more wow!

From start to finish, my wedding prep experience with Bec and Hannah was amazing. I have really sensitive skin, and after my bridal make up trial with Bec, I loved the Jane Iredale foundation products she used on me so much, I went back to her salon and purchased them. We even played with some more make up, because she wanted to try a smoother gloss over the lip stain she used(which I now also own!). Bec even squeezed me in for an emergency eyebrow waxing the Thursday before the wedding. The morning of the wedding Bec and Hannah made all seven of us look stunning and in record time - we ended up ahead of schedule and at the church early. I could not have asked for a more relaxing and fun wedding prep morning. Thank you for being so kind, so talented and so organized. Bec and Hannah are truly a dream team!

Had a blissful massage and facial with kelly, all elemis products used. A calm and relaxing atmosphere through out the service . Beautiful setting very quiet. Easy to find with a sat nav. Best facial I have ever had and the massage was excellent too. Great value for the treatments
