Had a full set of windows and doors. Karl was brilliant and the process was quick and painless.
Anything I noticed wasn't quite how I wanted it with the installation, the guys quickly sorted it and the end result was fantastic. Very happy, great price and would highly recommend.

From our telephone enquiry with Ruth in the office, our home visit from Karl and then the 2 lads fitting our new front door was superb. Ordered 2 replacement panes of glass for my conservatory. Arrived, fitted and gone in less than an hour.

Needed no hassle, no fuss, no sales pitch, knew what we needed and Tru-Plas delivered all of this and accommodated my installation dates and were very understanding of our personal situation. "Ruth" was an absolute asset to the team, dealing with all of the administrative issues and "Paul", who installed the new windows was friendly, overcame other issues with our run down property, making the finishing touches which I didn't expect as part of the contract. Nothing but praise for Karl and the Tru-plas team. Very, responsive, fast and informative on giving us a quote (and not pushy, like some other companies). Also very quick on answers to follow up questions.

Lead in time for installation was much shorter than other firms and Paul the fitter was super; on time, clean & tidy, very good installation, able to solve a few house-specific issues, etc etc.

Very happy with our new windows a few months after fitting. Would not hesitate to use Tru-plas again, or to recommend to others.

They were excellent. New the job. The boss came to see me and my husband and asked exactly what we wanted. This compony fitted 7 windows and a front door in 2 days and i can not fault them. I would recommend Tru Plas Ltd in Johnson, you want regret it.

Had our conservatory done by tru Plas a few years ago and recently changed the roof to a solid one which they did as well. Staff helpful and friendly in office and workmen excellent.

Brian and I Would like to say a big thank you to Truplas for the service and the installation of our new windows, backdoor and window to the garage and also the backdoor porch, and especially the modern blue front door. Also to Jake and Drew for a high standard of installation, explained every step of the process, very polite and cleaned up everything.

The worst of the worst.
Poor on timing. Underskilled / no skilled labour.
Arrived on site with no tools- and had to use our equipment. With no idea what was required.
These groundwork involved Pembrokeshire Build who was happy to subcontract without any management.
We ended up with a good framework (conservatory) and good glazing - which was so poorly fitted we had to finish ourselves. The flooring is like a rocky road neither flat nor level and the ceiling has so many fails we have had to completely re plaster.
We held back money as there was obviously no intention to return to complete-

Karl at Tru-Plas seemed really helpful at first, spoke very knowledgably about our project, seemed keen to take on the works, promised to come back with a quote that evening, said he'd have a look at other elements of the house that needed work. Chased him a few times but never heard from him again. Disappointing service all round.
