I have been looking for a buy to let property for some time. Chilterns have always been the most helpful estate agent. They have offered me honest and impartial advice, as well as trying to match me up with a property. I am now purchasing a property through another agent, yet they are still happy to offer me advice and support.
They have been the only agent who have always been knowledgeable, genuine, kind and honest - this means a lot to me as I have come across varying degrees of honesty from many other agents!

Staff at Chilterns helped my brother sell his house when he moved into residential accommodation. They were very helpful, from Yannis visiting him at his new home to take instructions and the team then working with my husband and myself to sell the property on his behalf. Andrew and Darren gave us good advice when there was a hiccup they went the extra mile to make sure all the necessary documents were completed. We were always kept informed about what was going on and we would definitely use Chilterns again.

Really Impressed with Chilterns,they really guided me through the process and even worked out of hours to make sure I completed on time .Even my buyer was very impressed with the support. A house will always sell for the right price but without the proper support along the way can easily fall through. Andrew and Darren were very supportive and made sure sale to completion went smoothly. If I had used an online agent my sale and purchase would not have completed. My advice is ,pay the small amount extra as the extra support and guidance is worth every penny. Will definitely use again in the future.

We would fully recommend Chilterns and I n particular Andrew Jameson. Andrew dealt with us over the purchase of a property and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Generally you feel you are the only person who drives a purchase/sale and everyone else is just doing their jobs. I’m not sure if our purchase was particularly complicated but for us it seemed a bit of a minefield and Andrew really went the extra mile mile to support, sort things out, chase people for answers etc and all undertaken in a highly professional and personable manner. I dont normally leave reviews for estate agents, but Andrew from Chilterns is one of a kind. I purchased through this estate agent and Andrew couldnt do enough and went the extra mile during exchange. Where everyone else just shrugged their shoulders he persevered with the whole chain through to exchange. Andrew really earned his comission unlike some estate agents I could name. A real credit to his profession, a pleasure to deal.

This company have proved to be exactly what we needed . They have taken the worries out of being landlords sorted out any issues and found us competent first class trades persons when things happen unexpectedly.
