Great service from Simon. He really knows his stuff. Very reasonably priced and did a cracking job replacing all my rear spokes. Highly recommended and will go to him again.

I dropped our tandem into Simons' for a Silver Service and he did an amazing job. We had just riden the bike from Lands End in some terrible weather so it was really dirty, with sticky brakes and a sluggish gear change. It is now as good as new and we will look forward to continuing our journey to John O Groats. Thanks again for your help. Nigel

Simon is very kind. Initially, I thought there was an issue with my bike. However, upon inspecting it, he promptly solved the problem without charging any fees. The last time he serviced my gear, the issue disappeared entirely. His service was very quick and professional. He also charges a reasonable price. I would definitely refer him to my friend!

I have twice taken my bike to Simon to be repaired. He offers very quick, friendly and professional service. Both times he has fixed my bike within the day and returned it to me in perfect condition. Recently my chain got tangled and Simon fixed it for no added charge at all. Definitely your go to if you need your bike fixed in Durham.

I broke my pedal crank and needed it fixed. Simon was so helpful and quick, moreover he fixed other issues with my bike and didn’t even charge extra, just put it all under the hourly rate. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I needed to get a few things repaired on my bike and Simon did a really good job and sorted me out. For people who also need to know how to repair their bike and understand what they are doing, Simon is really knowledgeable and approachable for this. He is really good at replying to messages about appointments. I have been a couple times now and couldn't recommend him anymore, he is fantastic!

Great service, very quick to respond and fits in small jobs whilst you wait. Professional and well priced, the default answer in the uni cycling club when someone has a problem is now 'Go to Simon!' Would definitely recommend for anything to do with your bike.

Very happy with the service received. Highly reccomend. I had issues with a stolen rear wheel so I asked Simon to source and supply the relevant parts and fit them. The bike was dropped off just five days after collection with the replacement parts fitted and in perfect condition. I will most definitely be reaching out to Simon for repairs and/or issues in the future.

I found Simon on the web and pinged him a message to ask if he could repair my bike - he responded promptly and I dropped my bike with him that evening. It was ready the very next day (despite needing an overnight part) and I was delighted with the service and cost. As a bonus Simon fine-tuned my gears and it now rides better than new!

Simon did an excellent job. My bike is 20 years old, nothing really wrong with it but certainly needed some TLC. Have just got it returned and it now rides better than it ever has before. Really smooth gear changes and responsive brakes. A splendid service, reliable and friendly. Having the bike picked up and dropped off is an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant job, my bike is 15 years old and it has never worked as well as this before! Simon has given it a new lease of life and I feel a lot happier going out on it now.
