Total carnage tonight after several cars in our village hit the same massive pothole, causing extensive damage to all vehicles, including mine. Chris and Nathan went above and beyond to help everyone effected, with a swift and friendly service on a freezing cold night. I was a bit sceptical about paying upfront, but Chris arrived within an hour, even though it was a bank holiday. He changed the tyre quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services!

Clipped a curb coming out of Durham services, popped the tyre, 81 miles from home I was gutted. My break down cover said they couldn't get to me for hours. I rang Worrall tyres they was out within half hour and put me a new tyre on at a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough.

The team were lifesavers today! I hit a curb near Barnard Castle on a Sunday late afternoon so was expecting the worst, but our weekend was saved by Mr. Worrall and Nathan. Came out as quick as they could after providing a quote, and were super speedy, efficient and friendly. Really impressed, especially given the timing and location from Durham. First class service from Chris at Worrall Tyres - was on another job when I called but arrived within a few hours and supplied / fitted a new tyre - quick, friendly and professional.

I only spoke to Chris on the phone to arrange for a tyre to be fitted on my daughters car last Wednesday. He was so pleasant and helpful when I rang him. He arranged a suitable time and place with my daughter after giving him her mobile number, and fitted it that afternoon. My daughter had the same opinion as me when she met him. Very friendly, professional and helpful. He was there at the time he'd arranged and within 15 minutes, the tyre was replaced and my daughter was able to take her car back to her workplace after having to leave it overnight away from home and work.
On behalf of me and my dughter, I'd just like to say, thanks a lot Chris, I'd happily recommend you to anyone.

I would highly recommend Chris the customer service was brilliant from start to finish. I got all 4 tyres replaced and couldn't fault the price, he also had a wider range of tyres than some of the other mobile services I had looked at. He was very prompt and friendly and did an excellent job replacing the tyres. I will most certainly be using Chris again.
