Love it here. Always amazing food and fantastic service. Usually go for Sunday lunch, it's unbelievably good! Opted for Italian food one night and it's also lovely. Large portions and hot and freshly cooked.

Christmas Day Lunch was absolutely beautiful, everything was so tasty, cooked really well - the portions were generous & waiting staff were so attentive. I had Turkey & husband had the Beef, he said it was the nicest beef he's ever had in a restaurant.
One small thing, the stuffing was missing from my Turkey dinner but I didn't realise until I was nearly finished my meal & was too full up to ask for it !
Excellent value for money
Highly recommended 5*

First time to this one, great service, allows dogs in bar area, friendly staff and food was delicious. I'd definitely go back again. I have been back several times and enjoyed the food. Happy hour is very busy so ensure you book a table. Pizza is traditional, crunchy and high quality

I really, really enjoy coming to this place. It's a pub, but it's also a restaurant. We recently had a Sunday lunch from here on a takeout and it was absolutely stunning. The taste was just beaut, so don't be thinking all you get is Italian food!

Tonight we had quite the feast, which we don't normally do. We just want to help support local business and help revive a little bit of normality in our lives so coming here really did help.

We booked a table very easily on the phone and arrived at 6pm. We got seated and the place was quiet so no problems getting in. Everything is being done by the book and you're totally looked after, no chance at all of cross-contamination or catching anything here! They have it locked on.

Our starters of Pane Cassereccio (bread and olives) , Bucce de Patate (potato skins) and Formaggio di Capra (goats cheese balls) were just amazing, I cannot describe just how amazing each dish tasted and all we're very well presented (see photos).

We moved on to our mains and I ordered the Chicken Parmesan with added Beef and Jalapeños which was just immense. It was an absolutely huge dish with chunky chips (I didn't finish so took home the leftovers!) my Mrs had the Halloumi Salad which was incredible (also see photos). My daughter took the Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni which was a little too al-dente for her liking, a little floury but I thought it had unique taste although again agreed it was slightly undercooked. No deals, we took that home too so will be re-heating and I'm confident it will taste better second time round! My Mother-in-law decided on the Carbonara and that was again a fabulous dish. She couldn't finish that one (we all had a few fork fulls!) so please know if you come here you will not leave hungry!

My eldest decided on having a dessert and chose the chocolate orange cake with ice cream and the texture was moist, soft and the taste was brill. The coupled ice cream added a great dynamic to the dish bouncing the zest of the cake's sweetness. We finished that one 😂

All-in the food was class, we will be back and can't wait to come again. We just hope the place manages to survive having such a hard time through this pandemic! We can but try. The manager spoke of his works to the rear with a new seated canopy and open space which we didn't have chance to check out but will be sure to come back and see.

Oh, I got to try a very strong double IPA from the bar and my god, if you like an ale, you will love this! Hoppy with strong citrus flavours but it doesn't taste like the 8+% ABV that it is. I'm sure to have a pint of this next time 🍻😊

The place has had a real nice lick of paint all through and a little rearrange, even the toilets have a lovely fresh feel to them that's brightened the spot up a treat.

Go check this little gem out, you simply cannot go wrong.

Lovely meal tonight at the farmhouse.
Seated straight away no need to book as its a sleepy tuesday in January.

Ordered the arancini starter big favouite of ours at Italian restaurants. This was really nice! Perfect to share.

Mains i had diavola pizza but customised into a calzone. It was perfect! Plently of meat not too spicy. Girlfriend had pancetta apollo equally as nice!

The brewery next to the restaurant produces some fine craft beer. Having sampled a few before our favourite yellow cab wasn't available which was a shame. However raven the milk stout was really good.

Great service however the waitor did swear at me. when he informed me they had Heineken and other mass produced chemicals they call 'beer.'

£36 for starter, mains, beer happy days.

Standard food photos to follow.

Can’t rate this place highly enough. Friendly, warm and comfortable environment. Staff attentive - with a special call out to Lewis in particular. Having had a bit of bad luck that day he was so kind and caring and cheered me up no end. He really restored my faith in humanity and honestly made my whole day. Absolutely love it here so family friendly and dog friendly too. So grateful to have this on our doorstep. H
