Gareth was really responsive to our initial enquiry, came out to the house to introduce himself and talked extensively about his experience in the building and planning trades. When we agreed he would complete our plans, he was back out to the house numerous times to ensure accuracy of drawings and talk through the plans and designs with us. He was also contactable via telephone and email.
Gareth's knowledge of the building trade helped to ensure we made decisions which would be aesthetically pleasing and practical from a builder's perspective. He guided us through the planning requirements and submitted to the council for us. I would highly recommend the service he provided.

Gareth took care of the whole process from drawings to applications on our house extension without any fuss. He will be working on our next project very soon. Highly recommend his services. 👍

We contacted Gareth to get plans in place to have a 2 story extension drawn up. We have had no prior experience with any of the process and he has been brilliant in explaining what we needed to know and help us along the process. He has created our plans and we now have full planning permission and building regulations through his help. He has also put us in contact with a builder he has worked with in the past.

He has recently done some drawings for my commercial premises so I can divide half into residential and submitted for planning permission to the local council.
It was a grey area for him to do commercial property he said but he has done a fantastic job at with the planning statements and went out his way to provide all the reports the council had asked for. Thank you Gareth.

Durham planning enforcement became involved with a garage we built in the back garden they rejected our retrospective application because our plans where not up to their standards.

We found Bethell & Co on Google been local we give him a call he was on site within a few days plans draw and contacted DCC on our behalf what a great guy, coming from the building tade he really knows his stuff the retrospective planning application was passed with his help we couldn't have done it without him .
