The loveliest, friendly staff. Always feel welcome, from dropping off a parcel to grabbing a lovely bottle of wine. 100% recommend heading in for very well priced food and drink. It's far cheaper than most other stores.

Don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Everytime I’ve been here to send a package, they’ve all been very lovely….and I’ve been here a lot.

The owner is very nice!very helpful.Grenvile store as everything you need...The prices are quite reasonable priced open early and shuts apx,10pm The store also as parcel drop zone for Hermes. Couriers to drop off your parcal

Terrible! The shop assistant is rude and has bad attitude. Today I wanted to collect three Hermes packages. He found one and didn't want to give it to me and did not bother to look properly for the other two. He told me to come tomorrow for them. I looked myself in a corner of the shop and found them! Lost for words.

Well....I know these stores don't make hardly any money offering Hermes services but....if you provide the service you need to be bothered to give the service.
I turned up with a amazon return to be told Hermes are closed today because it's a bank holiday...mmmm really a multi national company are closed and there whole world wide computer system is out of action because of a UK Bank Holiday....I don't think so.
