I came in last week to try and find a smart watch. I have autism so find it hard to find something i can wear. Ally was amazing. So kind and patient and let me try on mock watch straps to find something i could wear. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! There should be more people like her around. Thank you Ally

The process is always simple ,order and pay online and collect at my own convenience. Picking up purchases from store always quick and problem free. Very good service in a very good store

Excellent social distancing. Felt very safe from the moment I stepped in the door. Service was a little slower than usual but that is to be expected with reduced staff, so allow for some extra time if you are browsing and paying instore. The only suggestion I can make is maybe have a more obvious hand sanitising station. All staff very courteous and helpful. Good work!

Excellent service, saved the day! Having travelled 25 miles to Plymouth to Vodafone to replace my old Vodafone pay as you go with similar, Vodafone had no pay as you go phones! They suggested I go to Argos , which I did, and the staff were very helpful and put the SIM in for me, which I didn t how to do. Paod less than I'd for an identical phone from Vodafone 18 months ago
