Bought some stuff at the Hathersage shop. The staff were very helpful and discount card extremely useful. Great recommendations from staff regarding the equipment and local scenery.

I visited the Hathersage go outdoor store with the goal of exchanging a jacket I had purchased from their Sheffield location in the wrong size. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sarah who promptly offered to help. She showed me a variety of down jackets that would better suit my needs and expertly guided me through the selection process. I appreciated her helpful advice and patience as I tried on different jackets and asked questions. Eventually, I found a jacket that fit me perfectly and was better suited for my intended use. Sarah provided exceptional customer service, expert advice, and was a delight to interact with. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude and extend my thanks to Sarah for making my experience a memorable one.

Shopping at the Hathersage Go Outdoors is an experience that everyone should have. Every time I have gone in, even if it’s just a enquiry, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me buy or order as per my requirements. Great wee shop with plenty of walking and some camping gear. Alot s.all than the bigger stores so may not have what your looking for.

A big thankyou to John who went to a lot of effort to make sure i got the right pair of walking boots after i left mine at home. He was very helpful and knowledgable and really wanted to make sure i got the right pair for me. I tried on several pairs and was given time to use the ramps to test them out, during this time my dog was being welcomed and given treats by another kind member of staff. I wasnt rushed at all and Jon even took the time to write down some places to visit. I have already walked many miles in my fab new boots and they are a perfect fit. We couldnt have had a better experience so a big thankyou to Jon and team for all your help.
