Found exactly what I wanted and the delightful "elf" at the kiosk just made my day. I admired their outfit and they showed me the elf shoes. Brilliant. Thank you.

Always use as the only main store near me, do good hot food when stocked

1st time I've been here, didn't realise how close Stratton is to Hempnall. Everything was set out well, clean tidy and plenty of local produce, very nice

Lovely shop, just big enough to have a good range of products but small enough to have a local feel.
Good size car park.

Had a subways sandwich excellent service

Since the revamp of this CO OP it looks incredibly smart. The layout is stunning. Although it takes a bit of getting used to where things are, they have certainly made their customers feel welcome. A co op shouldn't really be considered a welcoming place but it is the heart of long Stratton and the main place to shop so I feel that it has definitely won the compassion. The revamp and building didnt take long to change and whilst in the changing process the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You could still manoeuvre around the shop easily even with building work going on.

The new look might not have opened up much more space but it does look modern and fresh. The store is very clean but was anyway.
The subway in the store is really nice and the two guys normally working there are very friendly and attentive to detail.

The car park is large with plenty of space to choose from although it can get busy at times.

Has everything you need. If this was my only supermarket for 40 miles, I would be very happy indeed. Good basics plus lots of local produce and many things only found in a deli or specialist supermarket.

Incredible shop! My favourite co-op, and I'm not from the area but it's the perfect stop on the long road, and even if I don't need to stop or don't need anything, and not hungry for Subway - I STILL go in!
AND they stock Crunchy Bran - which is SUCH a rare find!!

Standard local CO-OP supermarket, where most essentials are available. Staff very helpful.

Generally great staff who are helpful and friendly. The prices are a little higher than I would like but if you see it as a large convience store then you cant go wrong. It also has a subway where the younger staff give good service. On a side note, some of the staff are quite good looking.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat while waiting for the 18PM traffic to pass. Nice location, free car park and decent choice of items for a quick shop

Easy to park, large modern store well laid out with good stock, also has Subway within 👍

Only down side is the parking but other than that 5star

Had what I wished to purchase. The self service till allowed me to swiftly pay and leave.

I moved to Long Stratton a year ago, and have most weeks used the Co-op for my main shop. They very rarely run out of stock of anything.
The re-vamp has made a lot of difference to the store,
and there is always plenty of stock available.
I have always found every member of staff helpful, kind and friendly, but since they have know that I have Parkinson’s Disease, each and every one of them have been amazing. Their kindness and support is very reassuring when I have some scary moments.

Very nice staff, the cashier took the time to ask me about my day but didn't take too long. Got in and out fast and got the bus on time thanks to the helpful ladies Woking here 😁

Good co-op, subway in store too, which was nice

Lucky to have a decent shop in Village that isn’t a Tesco, staff do well looking after the older generation. Also feel sorry for staff reading the whinging comments on here as they have all been friendly and helpful .
