I am a regular customer here, almost on a daily basis. I would just like to say how appreciative I am of your staff this afternoon and evening. (Saturday) The kindness and care that they had when my car broke down in the car park. They allowed me to sit in your cafe after closing to wait for the RAC to arrive who took 5 1/2 hrs! They arrive at 10.25pm. A special mention to your overnight Manager Adam and the young lady with him who checked on me several times and gave me a much needed drink. The problem turned out to be computer related which they cleared for me. Cars' are just too clever sometimes. Once again thank you all so very much. Geraldine Ford

A great balance of products considering the median size of the store. Very friendly staff, clean toilets and efficient layout. My only dislike is the horrible car park entrance and exit. However I understand that the shape of the site gave several limitations for their Road options.

The partnered Shell garage is cheaper than most Shells for fuel, but a penny or 2 more a liter than other supermarkets. It does however have free air and water, although the vacuum is pay to use.

The fish selection is great particularly good value of Fridays. (See pictures for the discounts.)

Included in my images is a selection of the medical isle. This is what I would call every real medicine they provide. There is other things like suncream, dental, sanitary etc... But for the items which are for illnesses, the image shows their selection.

They have good opening hours and I like the hand held scan as you shop feature for saving time, however I looked up the manufacturer of the scanners and their website basically boasts that when the average customer uses them, they spend more money.
So it's a double edged sword.

Good sized Waitrose, a bigger store than Norwich Eaton. So you will see more varieties in products in this store especially Home section. Plenty of parking and good distance from Norwich.

Lovely clean store with lots of fresh produce on offer. Lovely deli and cooked food counters well stocked with a variety of goods. The freshly baked bread smelt amazing and the cakes looked very tempting! The huge bottle of rose wine caught my eye as you can see in my photos! No one can resist that! The selection of groceries on offer here are well worth a wonder round, plenty on offer that's not available in other stores. Staff seemed friendly enough too. There's also a cafe hidden away in the corner that was busy so must be good!! Plenty of parking, trollies are free and there is scan as you shop. Public toilets situated near the checkouts.

Was driving in area on 1st visit to UK in 20 years when conversation with UK friend came up about foods I missed in Germany. I mentioned Grape Nuts - friend phoned Waitrose Wymondham on mobile phone, very friendly person answered straight away & without hesitation walked to the cereals shelves to confim stock there and should we have a problem, to contact staff on arrival. 10 minutes later, arrived and bought 2 boxes which are now safely in Bavaria & just waiting to be used in a Mums favourite 1970s Delia Smith's Key Lime Pie! Thank you Waitrose Wymondham, who I also happen to use when ordering Xmas/Birthday food treats for my Norwich friend. She says delivery quality & service have always been excellent.

Nice clean store. Was able to buy the products I needed, which were not available in other supermarkets. Helpful staff when I couldn't find an item.

Ended up buying so much. Even a huge bottle of wine. The bread smells so nice ended up buying some and some lovely chesse

Good choice. High quality fresh fruit and veg. Also good spread of competitively priced products. Not as cheap as Tesco, Lidl and Aldi etc overall but in my view represents great value for money. The ambience in the store is pleasant and makes one feel comfortable.

Excellent coffee as always, today enjoyed a freshly made sourdough baguette which was exceptional. The partner serving us was really helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had the information we needed to make the right sandwich choice. We regularly go to the Waitrose cafe and always have a positive experience. The prices are also very reasonable.

A good-sized Waitrose, with plenty on offer and lovely, friendly staff. A lick of paint on the outside wouldn't go amiss, but doesn't detract from this being a great advert for Waitrose

Waitrose seems to have the best coffee and is very reasonably priced. Better still, they don't charge extra if you want oatmilk. Their offers on breakfast muffins and rolls are great - ordinarily, I'd say they were expensive, but half price with tea or coffee is a very good deal.
I've always been struck by the attentiveness of Waitrose staff. They're always polite and helpful.

Brilliant customer care. We broke down in the car park, and my phone died. HUGE thanks to the front desk and the store manager, who found us somewhere warm to sit (the cafe was closed), a phone charger and a welcome mug of hot coffee - while we waited for the breakdown van. Thanks Waitrose!

Always have what we need in store. Very clean and very polite staff. Good for those ingredients and things you might not be able to get from other supermarkets. Only slight problem as other reviewers have mentioned is that the toilets are extremely small.

This is a fantastic little Waitrose, with lots of parking. As expected, the level of customer service and attentiveness from the staff is superb and I've never been disappointed during any of my visits. The store is always immaculately clean and if you arrive at the right time of day, there are some amazing bargains to be found in the reduced items.

Currently the car park attendant at this branch and cant say enough on how great this shop is. I would genuinely love at waitrose if I could. The food is brilliant the shop is immaculate and to see workers in suits is pretty awesome! Enjoy your experience guys, I'm sure you will.

Popped in to pack up the party wagon for my birthday. Whilst getting ID’d, the charming manageress put a bunch of flowers in my hands. Daniel at the check out was also good fun. Wonderful way to start the weekend. Thank you lovely staff!

We absolutely love Waitrose. Your food quality is the best and your vouchers for money off the bill are incredibly good. We have stocked up today and saved £28. Who else would give such rewards. Marvellous supermarket. G Theobald
