Asda Oldbury Superstore

Today I went to petrol station at oldbury to pump up my tyres after trying 3 times instead of pumping my tyres up it let my tyre down as the air compressor wasn’t working. I went to the service desk for help they didn’t seem to know what to do. Thankfully the man collecting the trollies came over and said he had a tyre pump in his car a big thank you to him and a Pat on the back. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name as I was panicking because I had to meet my grandson from school

Great place for groceries, complete house hold items availble here. Food, drinks, bakery, gadgets, meat, veggies, bakery and all. Clothes, electronics, sweets of all sorts, Massive parking space which is free up to first two hours. . SOPs are followed, hand sanitizer and trolley cleaning station facilities. Overall massive good store. Prices are not bad but not the cheapest . You cannot beat some other stores in price for 80% plus items.

Best treat for Muslims as its the only massive store that sells Halaal meat and some other halaal foods. They have a dedicated section where all the Halaal meat is treated, sold and displayed. Workers are mostly asian so they can speak native language. Do offer discounts of meat occasionally for fresh meat custom order try going before 6 or you will have you pick one from pre packed items they display before closing that section..

I really enjoy shopping there, the staff are friendly and helpful in locating hard to find items. Easy parking and really competitive fuel prices, very convenient for the M5 Junction 2.

I only stopped here for petrol but it was easy enough to get in and out.

I was stressing today, over getting a cake with printed photo. Having failed, at the Halesowen branch, due to staff not knowing how the print machine works (this was yesterday), I was absolutely delighted that Jan (lovely lady in bakery) knew exactly what the problem was and saved my day! Thank you x

Always shop here, IV tried Lidl and Aldi and Tesco but always come back x

Good store, plenty of checkouts, easy to use app to save money, good selection of fresh, frozen and tinned food. Wish they sold a wider selection of speciality teas so I didn't have to travel to Asda Halesowen. Toilets and large car park

Not much to say about this place, its an Asda and sells pretty much the same as any other Asda. Plenty of free parking. Has its own little bakery and petrol station, and is convenient if your on the M5 needing petrol.

I prefer this asda, generally a nice atmosphere, altho last night I had a moody staff member help me with the self checkout but overall I prefer this store... huge car park, plenty of products, Isles are clean and toilets available....

Visited today and was over the moon with the Alice in Wonderland Homeware tea set being on sale!
Also was served by a really lovely customer services assistant on the tills, Emma Louise was really pleasant and friendly - which made the shopping experience worth 5 stars

Incredibly well stocked! Interestingly, included several chocolates I haven't seen for sale anywhere else, such as the Cadbury chocolate orange buttons. Clean and not too crowded. Has a well stocked halal section.

I do my click and collect here weekly. They pick and pack my products and make sure they get the longest use by date for my fresh veg/meat. I suffer with anxiety so find shopping very overwhelming, this service really helps. Very happy with the services.

I used the Self Service Check Outs today. After 'checking in my shopping' I tried to pay with my debit card but the machine didn't appear to recognise that I was trying to pay. Anyway, after several attemps this fabulous lady, called Pat, explained that the machines had only been installed. The one I had been trying to use was not working. Bless, she popped all the shopping through again and it was all sorted. I really have to thank her for her patience, she was really helpful and friendly and obvious a great asset to Asda.............Lots and lots of thanks for your help today, Pat the star to todays Self Service Tills.

Lost my credit card (forgot to take it out of the cash machine) - received a call a few hours later from my bank - an employee of Asda somehow managed to contact my bank advising them of the found card and the bank then got in touch with me. Amazing and thank you so much!

Very clean . A bit muddled as every thing has been moved about . New fridges look good. Staff have been A great help in finding where things have been moved to, and they are very polite. The store looks quite good after it's revamp

Early Saturday evening I was rushed off my feet and along with many other tasks on my list I needed to buy a case of bitter lemon for a member of my family. I dashed into Asda Oldbury, grabbed a shopping trolley and went to the soft drinks isle. No bitter lemon! I had very little time so I looked for a member of staff. Straight away I spotted a member of staff who looked very busy. He stopped what he was doing and searched through all of the new pallets in the warehouse and in no time at all he turned up with the goods. 10 out of 10 for that man, I read his name badge, 'Asif' you are a star!
