Friendly staff and the place is huge with stocks of most things a family would want.

Everything you would expect from a Tesco, plenty of everything. Well stocked,fresh produce. Almost too much of everything actually. How many different brands of beans, for example, do you want to choose from? Having said that, if you want something specific then Tesco will probably have it.
Don't forget your petrol.

In the early evening of the 21st november i required some assistance on more than one occassion from a female member of staff working in the clothing area upstairs. All i can say is she went above and beyond the levels of customer service that most people give you. A credit to herself, retail and the company. Sadly i did not get her name.

The biggest Tesco around - good parking and escape options, close to M5.

Every time I need some customer support I find all the staff I come across really helpful.
Today I messed up my shopping. The lady on customer service was amazing. So helpful, so friendly , so patient and we made light of the issue. I did say that’s why I shop here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Good shopping experience aisles well spaced out. Good assortment of grocery produce. First floor retail section is worth a look as well.

I was looking for a particular item and it wasn’t on the shelf, a member of staff was unable to locate an item for me so I continued my shopping trip and about 5 mins later Kelsey went out of her way to find me in the store to tell me they have actually found exactly what I’m looking for! This is the kind of service that makes somebody like Kelsey an amazing asset to the company! Thank you!

I am a 74 year old retired person and had the unfortunate experience of suffering a puncture to my car around 11pm yesterday. I was able to nurse my car to the car park at the Lee Mill Tesco store to make use of the well lit area and while I was struggling to fit the spare wheel I was approached by Amy, a store delivery young lady, who offered her assistance. Amy helped to change the wheel and her assistance made the job so much easier.
It was obviously the end of the working day for her and no doubt she would have been keen to get home but chose instead to help me which was greatly appreciated.
My grateful thanks to Amy and I hope my appreciation will be passed on to her.

Thank you so much to ANDY and ALFIE who came to our rescue this afternoon!!! At the fuel station with a dead battery, and unable to jump start due to proximity to the pumps!!! Also automatic brake locked!! With Andy’s help the car was pushed to a safe area, jump leads found and Alfie was summoned with his car to jump the battery!!! Thank you Team Tesco and especially to ANDY whose calm manner and can do attitude was so much appreciated!!!

Plenty of parking space. Huge, 2 floor shop with anything you need.

Everything I ever need (with the exception of Drambuie) good prices but make sure you have a club card, really worth the savings. Friendly helpful staff and would highly recommend.
