Ordered a few things online, really good service and they responded quickly to a query I sent via e-mail. Very pleased.

Finally visited the store on the weekend after wanting to visit for years since I found the website some years ago. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Didn't mind us walking around the store to check out some kayaks and proved very helpful when I had some questions. Definitely would like to go back to lay my hands on a kayak or a SUP!

Collected my new Kayak and some extra equipment last weekend and was very impressed by the customer service here. Having ordered the Kayak during COVID, I was advised that there may be a two month wait before it was available for pickup. I was pleased to get a call over a month earlier than this to say it was ready. Upon arrival, Henry was very helpful in assisting with the loading and securing of the kayak on my car's roof. It was also very welcome to hear some tips from him on the best ways to keep everything safe and secure. It was clear whilst chatting with him that everyone there is on the lookout for your safety and that they wouldn't be happy letting us go without knowing the kayak was tied down adequately. Despite COVID restrictions meaning we couldn't head inside to try things out, Henry was also very helpful in sourcing some protective equipment for my phone and keys, which I was in need of. All in all, a friendly and helpful experience, so I'll definitely return in the future!

Ordered a kayak starter package which arrived extremely fast. The kayak is great and was delivered without a scratch on it. Was an issue with duplicate order but this was my fault, the staff had picked up on this and resolved the issue and emailed me to let me know. Great experience would happily order through this company again.

Friendly and knowledgeable, fair price and brilliant set up given the current situation too. Order online as they're only open for collection atm (obviously this will change as things settle). They will definitely help you out if you're struggling to work out which kayak is best for you. I went with a package and it was a brilliant deal!

Excellent service with my first Web order from this store. I live locally to the Plymouth store but the store was closed due to lockdown. Order delivered within 2 days with no hassle. I will definitely visit the store once it reopens

Outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Kayaks and Paddles Ivybridge (Lee Mill) branch to anyone and in fact have already done so! One of my friends is also delighted to order with them. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and handled my order of an Enigma flow duo deluxe package and an Enigma flow single kayak with professional ease.

We had a great afternoon here picking ourselves 2 kayaks and a bootload of kit. Emma was very helpful and happy to talk us through our options and find our perfect boats. She even helped us load up at the end. Highly recommended.

They do Thule roof racks and kits! Just bought a Thule roof rack kit, better price than Halfords (even with web sale discount), Jason was such a great help, we installed it with him leading - would have taken me at least 3 times as long without his knowledge and tips - many grateful thanks! - Also this is a great warehouse for canoes, kayaks wet wear etc. - I'll be back there for more of that in the spring!!!)

Ordered a Spray deck Friday and had it by Saturday. They are the only people to stock said item too as kayak has been discontinued and has a massive cockpit. So all round perfect experience thanks guys.

Really pleased with service from kayaks and paddles at Plymouth since ordering a Necky Looksha 17. The order arrived earlier than expected and staff in the shop were friendly and helpful assisting me with loading the kayak onto my car and providing useful advice about accessories. The build quality of the Necky is very good and the paddling experience is everything I hoped for.

The team were very helpful and knowledgable, taking time to advise us how to assemble the roof mounts and secure the kayaks on to our roof bars.

I bought a Gumotex Framura canoe from these guys. It arrived about a month ago. Great service from the shop. The Framura is a great inflatable. So far I have canoed from Stratford on Avon. It is fast and tracks very well. A bit wobbly when you get in, but stable on the water. Beautifully made, much better than cheaper inflatables.
