Well Pharmacy

I had a very good experience getting my COVID vaccination here today. The man (I presume the pharmacist or owner) was very kind, friendly and professional and also helped me with my blood pressure.

The pharmacist has always been super helpful for me and my son. He is very informative and polite. People always moan about this pharmacy but can honestly say I've never had an issue. They are busy and doing there best for a ever expanding village.

I had an excellent experience here having my 4th Covid jab. No waiting time, organised and a very nice Pharmacy manager called Samih. He was under immense pressure to deliver 100 vaccines today. Very impressed.

Very kind and attentive staff, always willing to help. Excellent advice from the pharmacist. I can't rate them highly enough.

A good independent pharmacy that stock or can order in items that high street pharmacies might not.

Even though my medication became out of stock in the UK due to manufacturer problems, the Well pharmacy in Melbourn hunted around and found stock from another supplier for me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Have used this pharmacy several times and received good service.
Advice from pharmacist has been comprehensive and accurate.

Busy at times but helpful

I'm not sure why this pharmacy has a phone number as they never pick up. They still only allow one person in the shop, which causes long queues!

If I could give 0 just to review I would. I cannot describe how angry I am with the way the pharmacist treats people. To grab medication on a break when you aren’t very well, and have a limited time on break to be asked to wait outside and not to push him in to being any quicker is a joke. Not pushing but I can’t go back to work and then come back because it will be closed

Have avoided getting my prescriptions from here as it was never in and pharmacist very rude and blunt. However thought the fact I could my covid jab here would be ok!!! how wrong could they get it??? Turned up to be told ‘ No we haven’t got any’ blunt as that no text, nothing

The guy is really rude, rang to ask if they had a medication in he hung up, I rang again and he had ago at me telling me to stop calling.
