I’m a long-time fan of Caffè Nero and this is my home branch. The coffee and food are lovely; coffee is the main reason this beats the opposition. Spoilt nowadays for me by the number of dogs in there - I don’t like eating to the accompaniment of barking and whining! I’ve also seen staff fussing dogs without wearing gloves.

Food are lovely, service is accurate and has a very good atmosphere and spacious

Pleasant branch of Caffe Nero, centrally located in the centre of Yarm. Attentive staff, plenty of seating and lots of power points. Would happily visit again, excellent branch.

The cafe and staff are fabulous, it's dog friendly too.
Only downfall is wifi/network signals, they seem to be non existent so the app worked but didn't update.

Had my first visit to Caffe Nero today. Had a hot chocate topped with cream & a croissant, wonderful!! Staff are very friendly & welcoming. Seating is very comfortable & great to be able to sit inside with my dog. Much much nicer than Costa & will be returning very often!

This is probably my favourite coffee shop in Yarm as it’s fairly spacious and you can normally get a seat at the back. The staff are friendly and the coffee great too. They started doing a delicious vegan ginger cake over Christmas which made it well work a regular visit. Definitely recommended by me if you want somewhere on Yarm High St to sit down and take a break over a cup of coffee and a cake.

Child and dog friendly. The coffee is always good and I have yet to taste a better teacake - delicious!

Lovely place to grab a coffee after some shopping , nice courtyard to the back to sit in the good weather. Lovely staff - always a nice a hello and goodbye ... Oh and the best coffee !

My wife, I and our little 3 yr old boy love this place. Lovely drinks, quiet, relaxed and well painted interior reminiscent of a tea shop of yesteryear; and great friendly staff. Not much more you could ask for.

Delicious white chocolate mocha coffee and lovely cakes. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a lovely sunny morning mooching around Yarm.

Great ambience. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. Enclosed outside seating very acceptable in the sunshine.
Staff in this particular Caffe Nero are very warm and welcoming.

Everything great but could do with adding some new items
