One Market Street Cafe

A wonderful little cafe, very pretty decorations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Menu options are very varied and can cater to many diets and appetites. Meals and drinks and very reasonably priced. Lovely freshly cooked food, the buttermilk chicken burger was the best I have ever had! Delicious. And the milkshakes are superb! Thank you we really enjoyed visiting your cafe!

Great atmosphere and food. We’ve become weekly visitors to this cafe , Tom and his wife and all the staff are very friendly and the breakfast menu is amazing with plenty of variety. Always a great experience.

We accidentally came across this place whilst wandering around the village. Such a lovely little find. Great service, accommodating locals & great food.

Always delightful. Chocolate brownies superb, but the lunch menu was so good we will have to bike over again soon.

What a very friendly and efficient place to get some really nice tasting and very good priced food. It is very clean and the people who work there are very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I was there at around 12.30 1.30 and although there was q little queue for take away they coped very well, it cleared in no time at all. All this while waiting on the tables. I am very impressed with this place, this was my first visit but I intend to go there again soon.

Lovely cafe just on the edge of town with really friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of fresh made cakes that seemingly grow in size every time you see them.

Everything is freshly made to order using really tasty ingredients.

Will be coming back again for sure for one of their takeaway afternoon or cream teas.

Bonus was we only popped in for a takeaway breakfast (everything is available to takeaway) but as they were dog friendly we were able to sit in and stay longer.

Great friendly little cafe, serving tasty food at a reasonable price. Looking forward to going there again.

Stopped off on the way to the North of dartmoor for a spot of brunch.

Myself and my partner both had the French toast with bacon and maple syrup, with a milkshake each.

The toast was exquisite and the milkshakes were both seriously tasty.

Well worth a visit, even if this is a little out of your way!

Fantastic food, the cheese scones are amazing!. Lovely atmosphere, my children always enjoy visiting the cafe for brownies & cold milk. Good options for dairy free & vegetarians also.

Oh what a find. This is a little gem. The staff are brilliant, the food was amazing. Nothing was a bother. Very helpful. Will certainly be returning for snother meal. Would highly recommend.

What a great find! A warm welcome and friendly place. We had the dog who was welcome too. I'm dairy gluten free which was no problem at all and the staff made sure I had a great meal. And the prices were great too.

What a delightful, dog friendly cafe! Best nutty brownie ever, gooey and crumbly at the same time, not sure how they managed that. So good we stayed for lunch, everything was delicious, lovely calm surroundings, thanks!

Staff were friendly they went to see what cakes were dairy free. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they cleaned the table f us before we sat down. Staff were chatty and generally made the experience very nice and welcoming.

Beautiful interior, quick service, wonderful staff!

Lovely little place for breakfast or lunch. Menu is vast, and they cater for dairy/gluten free with no fuss too. Highly recommend!
