A banging local caff; does everything right. Tea, bag left in to allow you to steep to your required strength. Sausage and egg roll, cooked on the griddle, yoke, unbroken and richly yellow, sausage grilled perfectly, lightly buttered roll, HP Sauce. Magical

We used to visit local cafe years ago with stinking hang overs following a heavy night out and had totally forgotten about it until we were looking for somewhere to go on a rare Friday morning off. My wife and I visited yesterday and had the best fry up with a cup of tea and milkshake - re living those younger days seeking a hang over cure. It did not disappoint, the food is fantastic and breakfast is customisable, fast friendly service in a clean classic cafe. We can't wait to return and bring the kids this time, we hope to make it a regular visit.

Proper local cafe. Excellent breakfasts. Great variety of other options from shepherd's pie to omelette to lasagne. Good kids menu choices too. And ice cream milkshakes with a variety of flavours. I plan to try the butter pecan next time!

Nice cafe with very good food at quite reasonable prices. Flavoursome meals &good portion sizes. Staff are very helpful efficient and friendly. Our little girl was made very welcome&enjoyed the aquarium. Very good prices on nice kiddy meals. She was given a lolly as we left&was very happy! Thanks so much. The Turkish owner&chef is very good with little ones.

Cleanest cafe I've ever visited. Lovely and warm inside too. Staff were very kind and friendly, and happy to accommodate smaller portions for the children. Food was delicious. Will definitely visit again!

It's a lovely, clean cafe with an extensive menu. Cater to allergies. Nicely redecorated. Toilets are chilly but clean and fresh smelling. Family run with excellent, speedy, accurate and happy service. Great value.

CASH ONLY. No card payments in this place. Other than this, very nice. Big portions, friendly staff, served reasonably quickly. Mixed kebab on the photo, £13 and it is a challenge to empty the plate. Recommended.

This was probably the most amazing experience from England. The staff of this restaurant was amazing and so kind to everyone, coffee and food was also amazing. I don't think there is anything bad about my experience today. I can't wait to go back there.

Great cafe, super clean and staff always friendly and very helpful. Food always as expected, hot and tasty. Kids love the milkshakes and if you want you can get a beer with your lunch. Breakfasts good value, recommended!

If you're in St Ives, visit the Local Cafe. It's good food, at a reasonable price. The service is quick, and it is always very clean . Cash only though. No cards accepted. Not a big problem though. Highly recommended.

Lovely local family run cafe. Extremely welcoming and get to know regulars orders. Reasonably priced and accessible.. and a large amount of food to choose from and even if its not on the menu ask, they are so helpful.
