Main reason for this review is a lovely lady Penny!
She was absolutely amazing. My 17MO accidentally knocked over my drink. How embarrassing… Penny straight away came over, cleaned it up and was super kind and sweet to both myself and toddler!
I then went to re buy my drink and Penny gave it to me, free of charge! She’d just cleaned up our mess!!! What an absolute legend. Thank you Penny, you made our day! 😊✨

I have put 5 stars for everything . BUT the young lady who works there normally has her hair in a bun, think she needs training on customer service with at least a little smile . Whoever is manager needs to speak to her, others are great and helpful.

Very friendly staff. I was served by a young man who I think was the manager. Nice guy and made me feel welcome. Definitely my favourite coffee shop in town.

One wonderful lady working mostly on her own, still keeping up a wonderful Personal character with every customer, continuing to interact as she was making coffees. All food and drinks absolutely delicious, coffee bar amazingly clean even solo during a morning rush, frankly couldn't have been more impressed.

I’ve never been here but when my phone was missing these two lovely staff members kindly gave it back to me when they found it outside while my fiancée was looking for it with my mum and I on find my iPhone and I just wanted to say thank you so much it really means a lot

Amazing coffee! Friendly staff and best of all clean! I really enjoy the Pancetta Pork and sauce rolls!

Lovely staff here in Newmarket, yet watching other people's almost flippant disregard for the work these people do, is sad for those faceless members of the public, who don't look past themselves! Great workers for the business are hard to keep.

It is always a pleasure to step into the Cafe Nero coffee shop in Newmarket. The staff here are always friendly, polite and genuinely happy to serve you. Nothing is too much and you are always served with a smile. The drinks are great but it is the outstanding staff and their wonderful attitudes that makes us want to visit time and time again.

We are early risers so it's convenient to go for light breakfast of yogurt and today teacake. Apparently they don't do toast but it wasn't a problem. Coffee always good.

Came in just the other day, greeted with a warm smile by Ben, didn't have to wait very long to be served and my drink was made perfectly! Couldn't be happier with the service from the staff 100% recommended this to anyone in Newmarket looking to grab a coffee

Cafe nero in Newmarket is the best. Always stop for a coffee while in Newmarket. The girls who work in there are brilliant. Gave a fantastic service throughout covid and have carried it on. Really exceptional service. Thank you.
