Tesco Extra

I shopped at this store today - what a lovely team of people! Everyone I approached greeted me with a smile, and not only told me where I would locate the product I was looking for but they actually offered to take me right to it!
I would say this is the nicest shopping experience I have had since arriving in the UK! The products were beautifully displayed, & clearly priced., The aisles were wide and uncluttered. The store was immaculate and well lit - it was a pleasure to shop there. Thank you, from a happy West Australian visitor!!

Tesco Extra is always a good place to shop for your day to day groceries and household items. Also handy if you need a card for a special occasion, stationery, kitchen accessories, magazines and newspapers, really good flowers, roses always last such a long time.

I have to say a special thankyou to one of the till staff David, an older gentleman, who is always so pleasant, chatty, warm and helpful- personally it makes a real difference to my visit. Thankyou David- keep up the great work💪!

Very good.but didn't have mobile fone screen protector

Great product choice, wide aisles, friendly staff and a nice large car park.
Can be busy most days but Saturday is manic.
Best if you can to shop in the evening, less people about and price reductions on a lot of produce.

This is a huge store just outside Newmarket nr A14. Superbly stocked, not just food. Cafe, free parking and fuel garage. Good Service, plenty of checkouts. Perhaps just too big for a small shop or just bits n bobs.

I noticed a bottle of wine over the edge of a shelf this morning. I moved it back but, in doing so, I knocked another bottle off. I juggled for what seemed an eternity but i couldn't save it. I smashed.

I was immediately helped but a young man from online shopping. Even though i know he is timed, he stopped what he was doing and helped me. I didn't get his name but he had black curly hair. He was extremely calm and helpful. A great asset to Tesco. Thank you.

Had ‘The Breakfast’ this morning and it was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh and hot, lovely pot of tea… I would go as far as to say the best breakfast! First time visit but not the last! Compliments to the chef 👏

Has everything that a descent Tesco Extra should have. Usually restocks items every day, and I never have much trouble getting what I need. Produce is fresh, you can get your hair trimmed at the barber shop (hidden to the left as you walk in..just in case you're having a bad hair day and spot your boo thang grocery shopping) and there is a butcher to the right w/ fresh fish and meats for your protein needs. Usually, the employees are polite and helpful so do be afraid to ask for help.

All you'd expect at a Tesco extra. Clean and well stocked

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Tesco and I was extremely impressed with my experience.
The store was clean and spacious, and everything was well-stocked. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The food at the café was fantastic, as it was all made by Tesco's using high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the egg on toast with some leaves – it was delicious and definitely worthy of a proper Hackney café.

Overall, this was one of the best Tesco I've ever been to and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience and meal in a spacious and clean environment.

Always good for a quick stop or a Large shop. Great facilities on site. Helpful and friendly staff.

Helpful staff, more recently not everything has been available but they must be doing something right as I shop there every week

Tesco is always a great store. Good parking, pleasant staff (unless they're blocking the aisles training a dozen young people how to put a cereal pk on a shelf)! I can always buy what I want in here, apart from chappie original dog food.

A very nice store. I don't associate or shoat Tesco and I shop sometimes at this store. It is very busy, with lots of traffic coming in and out of the store. It was a petrol station, which is manned but can also be pay at the pump. The store has a nice CAFE and clothes section (at the back) The click and collect is a helpful addition as well. I can't fault the place.

The whole store is just awesome ... there is a cafe and a salon that does steam shaves . Food is unbelievable and it is 24 hours open....... best part the toilets are exceptionally clean and modern . The guys in the phone shop are top class
