Bought a Life Timber corner lounge set. Couldn’t be happier! Service was excellent from start to finish. Wrong cushion was accidentally sent but the team reacted super quick with no issues at all to resolve. 100% recommend if you want quality pieces with brilliant service!

Such a fast, efficient, helpful and friendly service, from Ed replying to my (many) emails (on a Sunday and during a pandemic too!!) to delivery in less than 48hrs and a really friendly and helpful delivery driver who had absolutely no problems assembling the sofa for me! Will update with photos once project patio is complete!!

Quite simply the best customer service I've had in such a long time. We purchased an expensive outdoor furniture set during lockdown that had recently discoloured. I contacted customer services and Chris and team were outstanding in resolving the issue by replacing the table top via the manufacturer without any issues whatsoever.
In a world where we tend to focus on the negatives, is also important to call out when we receive exceptional service.
I would have happily always look to purchase from Cambridge home and garden in the future. Thank you and keep up the great work!

We ordered a kettler right hand corner firepit sofa from Cambridge Home And garden on the 1st of April was told it would arrive the end of May beginning of June. After the beginning of June came and went and no communication from C H G! We emailed to see when the due delivery date was told it would be towards the end of June.... and no delivery and no communication again from C H G. We emailed them again and they said it would be within the next couple of weeks. We remained patient because we really liked it and thankfully it arrived on the 8th July.
Now regarding the actual sofa I'm so glad we remained patient, its really comfortable sturdy and really everything we expected and more the firepit on a low setting gives out loads of heat, very cosy indeed.
I'd recommend this company for the actual furniture we bought but it's a real shame they don't communicate with customers this really let's them down as we had to do the chasing all the time. This sofa wasn't cheap and I'd have thought a little more attention on their part would've been appreciative. The only time they contacted me was for payment and telling me it would be delivered the next day after patiently waiting three and a half months!

Absolutely fantastic company. Great showroom at Willingham, furniture displayed well and great choice. Chris was knowledgeable about the products and was very pleasant to deal with. They price matched my purchase and didn’t mind having a deal. They had my furniture in stock and delivered the next working day, the delivery driver was great and went out of his way to make sure it was delivered and carried the furniture to its place in the garden. Overall a great experience thank you very much.

Amazing online service and competitive prices. I was able to quickly speak to a (human) adviser using the chat function who was able to confirm that if I were to order a pizza oven that day, I could expect delivery in 48hrs before I went on holiday. The item arrived in 24hrs and the delivery driver (APC) offered to drop at an aternate address to save me transporting it. He also highly recommended the oven having owned one and gave me some tips! Amazing service all around. I've had some shockers with Hermes/Evri recently and I originally ordered this item on Cuckooland which turned out to be a nightmare! Will definately use again.

I was very apprehensive about using an online company so far from my home but it could not have been easier. Contact was all via email and the response was excellent. All the question were answered within hours by Ed and he was so helpful and professional. Delivery arrived as advised, drivers were helpful and kept us informed about arrival and helped to get where it needed to go and . Could not recommend them or give them high enough praise. The whole buying experience was a delight and we will definitely be using them again.

I am very pleased with the parasols and granite bases that I ordered. The staff in store were very polite, helpful and professional. My final delivery by the store was punctual and effortless. I would definitely order from Cambridge Home and Garden Centre again. Additionally we enjoyed visiting the whole centre and cafe which were delightful.

I had originally ordered Ooni Karu pizza oven from elsewhere, and after a catalogue of errors which involved the package being damaged in transit, no-one advising me, a replacement order being placed by the company for the wrong items etc.

I lucked upon these guys who seemed to be the last place on earth with that specific Ooni oven in stock. Order was duly placed on a Thursday afternoon (after emails to confirm stock that were responded to in about 15 minutes) and it was dispatched the same day, arriving on our doorstep around 1pm the following day.
Fantastic customer service, kept informed of progress the entire time and products arrived unblemished allowing us to enjoy some delicious home-made pizzas over the weekend!

I was that impressed that I have since ordered a patio heater from these guys, again being one of the only places I could find that had the product I was after in stock.

THE most, professional supplier I have had the pleasure of dealing with in recent years. Steph, Ed and Chris are so courteous, knowledgeable and have the most positive attitude to what they do and how they treat their clients. I purchased the Royce Junior Cantilever Parasol and was so pleased they had all the necessary items in stock. I had been let down by another supplier on the same items promising "in-stock" only to receive an email to the contrary when I chase delivery date. Most other suppliers were indicating delivery in May or June. All credit to CH&G for having a large enough warehouse. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and am sure a journey from home in Shropshire to their showroom would be well worthwhile. I've also recommended them to colleagues and friends.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery! Ed was very helpful and it was immediately reassuring that he knew his products. Ordered by phone on Tuesday morning and delivered to West Sussex on Thursday afternoon ready for the bank holiday weekend. Couldn't ask for more.

Cannot recommend this place enough. We dealt with Ed and he was brilliant. Bought our pergola on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered first thing Monday morning. You just can't beat the personal touch. Anything we need for our garden will be bought here from now on. A very happy customer.

Flawless customer service from Cambridge H&G - Ordered a beautiful Ketller Garden Sofa, which was in stock and delivered 2 days later! Not only that but C H&D were able to order an additional seat to extend the sofa which will be delivered in a short while.
