Really nice Costa cafe. Staff friendly food and drink really nice.

Busy but efficient and polite service, yummy festive hot chocolates and mince pies. Great place to just sit and watch for 10 mins between shopping

Went on a busy Saturday afternoon but got served in a timely manner. Enough seating for me and my family of 4. Staff were nice and friendly, the coffee was nice as well, just your typical costa.

Very busy being the week before Christmas but under the circumstances, great service and good cake selection still at about 3pm which is great!

Great coffee, cheap prices compare the competitors. Located in the Center of a great outlet Center and a beautiful garden. Many place to take a sit, many tables, clean place, of course always busy. Place to sit outside in the sun, not a quite place of course but a nice one! I will come back soon. People are nice as well and pleasure to help you in case. Wheelchair access. Great coffee bar!

The staff here are very efficient and the queue went down very quickly . Lovely coffee , clean tables and polite staff... actually think it's my favourite Costa ....I highly recommend .It's wonderfully clean .They always have toast ..which is my favourite and they make an excellent cordado .Also always bring our order to our table with warmth and smiles .

This Costa coffee is within the Springfields outlet shopping area and as such can get really busy at weekends even with the outside seating. If it is too busy and you don't want to wait there are other coffee establishments on site. The shop has the usual Costa items for sale so feels familiar even if it's your first visit.

Good coffee, shame it always tastes burnt I think the " baristas " actually need to be properly trained

Had 2 toasties, 2 cold drinks and 2 muffins £14.00 . When you consider I brought a wafer thin tuna mayo sandwich at Nottcuts for £6.95 yesterday, I'd say Costas was def better value for money 👍

A great store in the centre of a retail complex. In door and out door seating. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Serving hot and cold food and drinks.
Worth a visit if you are in town.

Lovely as always. Had latte with oat milk. My favourite drink from Costa. Service was prompt and polite. No complaints.
