Really great craft store at the Springfield outlet. Caters to many different crafts.
The fabric bit was amazing, the fabrics are all nicely stacked so that you can see what's on offer really easily. Some great bargains to be had as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. As a powerchair user I found the shop accessible, easy to manoeuvre around and most products within reach. The staff offered help if needed. The shop is accessed via a gravel path from the main Springfields shopping area however it is quite compacted and level. My chair coped perfectly well with it.

I have seen someone mention in a review they thought this shop was not disability friendly but I have found this couldn’t be further from the truth! The owners are happy to have you park behind the store for easier access if you can’t walk all the way from main parking or struggle with the pathway and will even move furniture to allow for wheelchairs or mobility scooters to fit if necessary. As someone with disabilities and health problems I have had all the staff bend over backwards to accommodate my needs on top of that they have an online service and delivery. They also provide a phone service in which they will talk you through products over the phone if that is your preference. If you have any requirements that they can do something to assist and you call in advance they will happily do everything they can to make your trip as great as possible.

Super friendly and have all your crafting nerds. Would love to see it step into 3D printing and 3D pens.

Loooooove this place, it's the main reason I visit Springfields. Particularly their fabric selection is brilliant, high quality branded cottons and for amazing prices too compared to any other fabric shop I've been too. I loved it when they did the discounted fabric though that's gonna currently, but hopefully may return again sometime? :)
The staff are all so soo lovely and you can even sit and have a cuppa tea or coffee in there too.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Always greet you when you walk in. Very knowledgeable.

A morning of needle felting autumn leaves today. As always a welcome from the staff and a friendly group. An aladins cave of craft bits and bobs for sale inthe shop.

It's always worth a visit. I never know what I will find or be inspired by.

My go to craft store. You name it, they've got it! Great crafting ideas too for all ages.

They sell a variety of things that cover a lot of crafts and have a quite extensive range of material. Also had lots of offers.

Although I didn't buy anything - I was more looking for ideas and inspiration and a general browse - I had a good experience. I liked that there were pieces made by, presumably, staff members on display that said the materials used. The prices are more than reasonable, I'd definitely visit again for supplies.

The way the shop is laid out made it fun for the kids to look around too which is a massive help when trying to shop!
Staff are clearly passionate and well informed.

The most amazing shop. Kind, helpful staff. Even when they didn't have what I wanted the lady found a brilliant alternative. Really good prices. Will go back. Highly recommended.
