Well stocked pet shop, staff was very friendly and helped me with my enquiry. Have some really good deals on. Definitely worth checking them out. Nice little car park, too, and trolleys available.

Excellent pet supplies shop. The staff are really helpful friendly. They were extremely helpful helping me find the right size harness for Bobbie even though she's an unusual shape for a dog.

Excellent service, if they don’t have what you need they’ll try and get it for you and if something is out of stock they will give you a call as soon as it is available. Loads of variety in pet food from wild birds, chickens, cats, dogs etc, to aquatic supplies for tank and pond fish. My Dogs love going to Rookes, they always get a fuss and a few treats!

Some staff really professional, I mean they didn't recommend me to get food I wanted for my Chihuahua, although they could just sell it. When I order product, it's always on time delivered to the shop.

Lovely friendly staff and great choice of foods, supplements, medications etc. Lots of toys and treats too 👍 You can take in well behaved dogs which is a great bonus. They won't want to leave though as too much to see and drool over😄😄 highly recommended!
